Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI), a part of Jaypee Group, is developing a motor racing circuit of international standards with a seating capacity of approximately 150,000 people. The first Indian Grand Prix, tentatively scheduled by end of 2011, is already generating a lot of interest in India and abroad. JPSI is also constructing an international standard crickets stadium with a seating capacity of 100,000. in the next phase of development the company plants to develop more sporting infrastructure.

A-1 Officer - Race Secretariat Co-ordinator
Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Motor sports event. Incumbent will be responsible for Race registration, documentation, organizing meetings and act as a management representative for organizing the race events.

A-2 Officer - Scrutinee Co-ordinator
Graduate with 2-3 years experience in Motor sports event. Incumbent should have a thorough knowledge of Cars/ Bikes, Weighing procedures, rules & regulations for checking Car/ Bike and management of parc ferme.

A-3 Officer - Medical Co-ordiantor
Paramedic professional with 2-3 years experience in any sports event. Incumbent will be responsible for basic medial interventions and small clinical operation.

B-1 Manager/ Assistant Manager
MBA/ PG Diploma in marketing with experience of more than 8/5 years preferably in sports industry and should have handled a marketing campaign of not less than INR 15-20 crores. Incumbent would work closely with the creative, media & marketing planning agencies and would be responsible in drawing up and executing a robust marketing plan for all upcoming motor sports & other events.

C-1 Manager
Degree/ Diploma (Hospitality) with minimum 12 years experience in handling, large F&B operations and outdoor catering. Incumbent should have sound operational knowledge, experience of handling multiple vendors & large events including menu planning & event set up.

D-1 Manager
Degree/ Diploma (Hospitality) with good communication skills and minimum 12 years experience in front office/ guest relations of hotel industry. Incumbent should be able to work under pressure and possess multi tasking capabilities.

E-1 Engineer (MEP Services)
Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with experience of 3 years in Maintenance, Drainage, Repairs & Plumbing

E-2 Manager/ Asst Manager/ Officer - Health & Safety
Mechanical Engineer with PG Diploma in health & safety with experience of 12/9/5 years in relevant field. Incumbent will be responsible to ensure implementation of occupational health & safety guideline in compliance with national rules & regulations related to HSE guidelines and update HSE guidelines

E-3 Officer - Housekeeping/ Waste Management
Diploma (Hospitality) with experience of 5 years in the relent field. Incumbent will be responsible to exercise oversight housekeeping of contractor check cleanliness level as per SLAs and imposing penalties.

E-4 Manager - Paddock Club
Diploma (Housekeeping) with fluency in English and minimum 12 years experience in hotel industry. Incumbent will be responsible for interaction with Formula 1 management, ensuring hygienic conditions & cleanliness and waste management.

F-1 Officer
Graduate/ Diploma (Mechanical) with 5 years experience in fuel and fleet management

G-1 Manager
MBA (Marketing) with a pleasing personality, good communication skills, good computer knowledge and minimum 10 years experience. Incumbent will be responsible for generating revenue through sponsorships of circuit, cricket stadium and other sporting facilities. Candidate will also be managing large accounts, expediting deliverables to clients and expanding client base.

G-2 Assistant Officer
Graduate with public school background and having a pleasing personality, good typing speed, good communication skills and minimum 10 years experience. Incumbent will be responsible to provide secretarial support and interaction with large number of potential sponsors.

H-1 Officer
Graduate/ Post Graduate (Corporate Communication/ Journalism/ PR) with 5-7 years experience with any media outlet/ PR agency. Incumbent will be responsible for media management, day to day PR activities/ events and promotional events.

I-1 Junior Engineer
Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil) with 2-3 years experience. Incumbent will be responsible for all the assets i.e. Electricals & Electronics equipments at race circuit.

I-2 Asst. Officer/ Sr. Assistant/ Assistant (Stores/ Accounts)
Graduate / Diploma in material management with good knowledge of computer, hands on experience in ORP/ SAP and minimum 5 years experience in Stores / Material Management. Incumbent will be responsible for preparing Purchase Orders, Material receipts, Issue of stores and vendor development.

J-1 Technician - ICT
Diploma (IT) with 3 years experience in providing hardware/ software support. Incumbent will be responsible for day to day support activities.

J-2 Technician - Special Electronics
Degree/ Diploma in Electronics with 3 years experience in Electronic equipment maintenance.

K-1 Manager
CA/ ICWA with 3-4 years experience in Sales Accounting, VAT, Service Tax and preparation of MIS reports.

K-2 Officer/ Asst Officer - Billing
Graduate/ Post Graduate (Commerce) with minimum 10 years experience in Sales Accounting. VAT & Reconciliation

L-1 Manager/ Officer - HR
MBA (HR) with 10/3 years experience respectively. The candidates having sound knowledge of HR Practices including recruitment, PMS learning and development, employee relations, HR Polices & procedure, compensation benefits and industrial / Labor laws will be ideal for the position.

L-2 Officer - Admin
Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in Office, security, transport management and liaison with Government Agencies.
