Corporate Service Positions

1. Director - HR
   Qualification: MBA with 15+ years experience in reputed Industry/ Educational Sector with minimum 3 yrs in similar position.

2. Director IT
   Qualification: B.Tech (CS) & M.Tech (CS/IT)/ MBA (IT) with 15 to 20 yrs experience in relevant field.

   Profile: A result oriented senior programme manager/ Director with proven ability to implement standards and procedures with expertise in diverse range of technologies including software development/ test management/ IT network management initiatives.

3. Solution Architect
   Qualification: B.Tech (CS) & M.Tech (CS/IT) with 5 to 6 yrs experience in relevant field.

   Profile: 1. Experienced enterprise level architect with proven ability to integrate multiple technologies and environments. 2. Responsible for establishing quality architectural governance. 3. Management consulting experience is highly desirable.

4. Business Analyst
   Qualification: B.Tech (CS) & MBA (FIN/IT) with 3 to 4 yrs experience in relevant field

   Profile: Requirement gathering and analyzing as per the requirements of the educational industry. the candidate should be able to model the current and to-be business scenarios.

5. Test Lead
   Qualification: B.Tech (any discipline) with 3 to 4 years experience.

   Profile: Talented and accomplished Quality Assurance management professional with an extensive background in quality assurance, design verification and systems design in the software industry.

6. Software Tester
   Qualification: B.Tech (Any discipline) with 2 to 3 years experience.

   Profile: Proficient in functional, regression, system integration (SIT), acceptance (UAT). Experience in using automated tools is highly desirable

7. Flash Developer
   Qualification: B.Tech (any discipline) with 2 to 3 years experience.

   Profile: Creativity using flash based internet applications.
