Rotex Automation Limited is a multi-location Hi-Tech Engineering Company involved in the manufacture of Solenoid Valves. Rotex requires the following personnel for its expansion activities

EDP Executive - Vadodara
The incumbent should be a graduate with 5 years in EDP or 2 years in IT. Must be conversant with writing SQL queries, PL SQL and have knowledge of RDBMS (oracle). Candidate must be proficient in handling MS Office and possess good communication skills. Candidate is expected to handle MIS / EDP activates at Vadodara and Vidhyanagar Units.

Manager-HR - Vadodara
The incumbent should be MBA in HR with 10 years' experience in handling core HR- contribute to strategic goals; knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management, Knowledge of employment regulations; prepare and implement HR policies, identify, plan, conduct and assess training; develop effective Performance Management System; handle recruitment, possess excellent professional communication and inter personal skills; have ability to motivate teams; oversee overall administration; liase with government agencies.

Manager - Industrial Engineering
The incumbent should be a graduate engineering with 7-10 years' experience in handling medium to large batch production using automats, CNC turning, VMC, drilling machines etc. Should possess knowledge of productivity programming, Improvement, IEE and should be able to undertake efficiency / productivity improvement activities independently using various tools and techniques, proficient in engineering software and aware of ERP

Manager - Vendor Development
The incumbent should be a graduate engineer with 7-10 years' experience, capable of leading a team developing and negotiating vendors independently, aware of machining with CNC turning, VMC etc. Must have working knowledge of ERP. MBA would be an added advantage.
