Academy for Transformation in Education

Zonal Head Operations / Branch Head (Female) - (20 k to 40 k):
Responsible for perfect coordination between corporate office and branches for areas like HR, Business, Parent Satisfaction, Academics and School Administration. Required Visionaries with 360 degree managerial skills for optimal performance and exponential growth of the zone/ branch.

Zonal Head Administration / Administrator (Male) - (20 k to 40 k):
Responsible for the overall administration of zone/ branch including areas like accounts, collections, inventory, transport, security, maintenance and construction. School administration background is mandatory.

Customer Relationship Manager (Female) - (24 k to 40 k):
Matured and Dynamic candidates, responsible for planning & strategizing new policies and procedures and ensuring extra ordinary parent satisfaction across all branches.

Business Manager/ Counselor (Female) - (15 k to 25k) plus incentives:
Highly energetic, aggressive and result oriented professionals to create new opportunities for Business Development. Should be able to manage a team independently. Preference would be given, to candidates with experience in the education sector.

Academic Head/ Trainer (Female) - (15 k to 30 k):
Innovative and dynamic young females with excellent team handling and training skills, NTT/ ECCE/ B.Ed. and/ or Graduate in Child Psychology/ Home Science is preferred.

Setting Incharge (Female) - (15k to 25k):
Vibrant, energetic, Young ladies with pleasing personality, Would be responsible for ensuring smooth setting of new joining children and parent satisfaction.

Galaxy (Computer Lab) In - charge (female) - (15 k to 25k):
Accountable for complete management of the Computer Lab including implementation of curriculum (computer education and education through computers), training & team handling. MCA/ BCA or Post Graduate/ Graduate with specialization in MS Office and Internet.

Transport Manager (Male) (10 k - 20k):
Responsible for overall transport management including vehicles, drivers, arrival and dispersal management. Safety & security of children is the key concern area.

We are also looking for other profiles in Administration like Fee incharge, Front Office, Stock, Kitchen, Cleanliness & Beautification and Day Boarding.
