A. Director and Faculty Positions

1. Director (Engineering/ Architecture/ Management)
   Qualification & Experience: PhD in the relevant discipline with an experience of 15 (fifteen) years in the field of teaching, / industry / and research of which at least ten years should be at the level of Professor or equivalent.

2. Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors (Architecture, CSE, IT, Civil, Mechanical, Automobile ECE, EIE, EEE, Environment. Engineering, Biotechnology, Management, Computer Applications, Pharmacy, Mathematics and Physics).
   Qualification & Experience: Minimum qualification and experience will be as per the norms prescribed by AICTE. In respect of posts for Architecture discipline, the norms prescribed by the council of Architecture will be followed.

B. Corporate Service Staff Positions

1. Call Center Executives
   Qualification & Experience: Graduation with excellent fluency in English and Hindi languages and proficiency in computers with experience in the relevant field.

2. Counselors/ Sr. Counselors
   Qualification & Experience: Graduation with excellent communication skills to counsel students seeking admissions in group colleges. The candidate should have experience in MIS, Organizing educational fairs, liaison with educational institutions & coaching centers.

3. Advertising Copy Writers
   Qualification & Experience: Graduate with excellent writing skills capable of drafting adversarial, articles, news letters for effective promotion of the group in media.

4. Executives-Business Development and Market Research
   Qualification & Experience: Post Graduates with excellent communication skills and industry exposure with necessary competence in gathering market intelligence across the industry and capable of effective coordination with vendors and agencies.

5. System Administrators:
   Qualification & Experience: B.Tech/ MCA preferably M.Tech. along with CCNP, CCNA, MCSE and good exposure in LINUX and securities. The candidates should have 04 to 05 years experience in similar field.
