The Selection Process

At the lime of selection process, generally every candidate is asked to give their preferred place of posting (out of existing centres of FIITJEE). FIITJEE always tries to give the posting at one of the preferred places, but the same is not guaranteed. Depending on the requirements, person may be transferred to any of the centres of FIITJEE or any of the Group/ Subsidiary-Companies anywhere in India or abroad as per the transfer policy of the company. Candidate should also mention at least four preferred places of posting at different cities.

Selected faculty will undergo training at Delhi or Hyderabad or Chennai or Jaipur after joining.

Those who are experts in their field will be considered for intensive capsule training and others will be having training as per FIITJEE norms.
