Sr. Engineer/ Specialist/ Sr. Specialist (BSS/RM): 4-12 years experience Job Code: JC16BSS
As a BSS engineer or specialist, you will provide technical support in Revenue Management and Mediation to global customers. This involves investigating complex technical problems, providing solutions and driving competence in the function group. Excellent communication skills, live node troubleshooting experience in telecom and customer facing skills, along with knowledge in the BSS domain, and a readiness to work in 24x7 and/shift environment are key requirements of this role.
Expertise areas: IN/ Pre-paid Charging, Mediation, Operating System (Solaris, UNIX), Linux, Database Administrator knowledge (Oracle 9i/ 10g/ 11g), TCP/IP, SS7, IN protocols. SIGTRAN, CIP-IP, Programming Language understanding (C/ C++/ JAVA), Scripting (Shell/ Perl/ AWK), ASN.1 Concepts.
Qualification: BE in telecommunications or an equivalent relevant telecommunications/ IT .experience.
Sr. Engineer/ Specialist/ Sr. Specialist (OSS/ NM & SA): 4-12 years experience Job Code: JC16OSS
As an OSS/ NM & SA engineer or specialist, you will be responsible for Customer Service Request (GSR), providing solution and emergency handling of reported problems for global customers. You will also be responsible to drive competence across the function group.
Expertise areas: Hands-on experience in solution integration/ technical troubleshooting, OS experience (Solaris/ HP Unix/ Linux), Databases (Sybase. ASE/ Sybase IQ/ Ingress/ Objectivity/ Oracle); VERITAS solutions (Net Backup, Cluster Solutions, Volume Managers, Scripting, SAN Management and IP Networking).
Qualification: BE in Computer Science or telecommunications or an equivalent, relevant telecommunications/ IT experience.
Sr. Engineer/ Specialist/ Sr. Specialist (RAN): 4-12 years experience Job Code: JC16RAN
As a Sr. Engineer or Specialist in Radio Access Network (RAN), you will provide technical support across multiple technologies including GSM, WCDMA and LTE, You will investigate complex, technical problems and provide solutions to global and Indian telecom service providers. Excellent communication skills, extensive hands-on experience on RAN Nodes, sound troubleshooting skills and effective customer facing skills are key requirements for the role.
Expertise areas: Sound knowledge in RNC, Node B, eNode, BSC, BTS with good understanding of interfaces such as lu, Um, Uu, A, Ater, Abis, ATM/IP platform and protocols such as BSSAP, MAP, BSSGP, LAPD, RANAP, RNSAP, NBAP etc.
Qualification: BE in telecommunications or equivalent with experience in telecommunications.
