Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with over 20 years of relevant work experience in Design and Engineering of large power systems. Overseeing system design process and improve the same as per Project data analysis. Certification of products as per requirements/ guidelines from various certifying bodies and also empanelment. Improve system design capabilities by learning from large scale projects across the globe. Development of design solutions through customized software. Benchmarking of structure design explore & development of design solutions through strategic alliances, tie-ups with design houses. New product development (development of BOS Items for standard design). Ensure that the design specifications meet all the quality & safety parameters and are rolled out within the timelines.

Civil & Structural Design (Job Code: E02)

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5-12 years of relevant work experience in Civil & Structural design, documents, IPR, DPRs, engineering manual, necessary drawings, etc. Design capability of steel and RCC structure. To manage and analyze the design of MMS. Manage a group of structure draftsman to translate design into drawing, get design approval from client, facilitate purchase & fabrication and should be able to provide guidance to structural engineer to carry out design work.

Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 5-12 years of relevant work experience. Should have the knowledge of power electronics i.e. knowledge of inverters, chargers, different types of batteries, etc. Should be able to analyze the performance of different products with electronics.

Power Evacuation & Electrical Design (Job Code: E04)

Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 5-12 years of relevant work experience in preparation of engineering designs, documents, IPR, DPRs, engineering manual, necessary drawings, etc. related to the power evacuation & distribution lines/ Sub stations. Preparation of engineering drawings, write-up & manuals during bidding & subsequent procurement process. Preparation of project pre/ post execution manuals, product data sheets and components, BOM, selection of suitable transformers, protection systems, switch gears, etc. Good knowledge of electrical drawing of SLD of various power circuits with required BOM preparation knowledge of grid substation, power evacuation facility, electrical circuits, control panels, etc.

Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with PG/ Diploma in Material Management with over 8 years of relevant work experience. The Incumbent should have expertise in project procurement, commodity sourcing & logistics. Manage optimal inventory, ensure timely delivery, Vendor Development & Management. Continuous Cost Reduction/ material productivity by negotiation, alternate material sourcing, alternate source development. Create EPC specific SOPs and provide support/ strength to the Procurement team. Ensure regular compliance as per Audit requirements and long-term negotiation with critical suppliers.

Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering with over 20 years of relevant work experience in Project Management & Execution of various EPC projects. Should be responsible for system installations, testing, commissioning, oversee & supervise contract finalization for project activities like I & C, Civil, Electrical, etc. Ensure customer responsiveness through continual improvement of execution of on-site activities. Ensure quality parameters/ regulations/ guidelines pertaining with I & C. Handle independently all aspects of project and interact well with clients/ consultants for successful execution of projects within the time, cost & quality parameters.

Should be able to lead a team of engineers and handle all aspects of project construction viz. detail engineering planning, site coordination & contracts administration. Timely execution and completion of projects. Compliance of quality and safety norms. Monitoring project progress as per schedule with overall control of project execution programme as per customer required timelines.

Graduate in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Structural Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Design & Execution of projects at site.
