Cargo Service Center India Pvt. Ltd. (CSC India) is a leading air cargo ground handling service provider operating for the last 16 years in India at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Gujarat. Comprised of highly skilled and experienced professionals focused on establishing leadership in the Industry, it has successfully widened its horizon to the Agribusiness cool chain logistics and Air Freight Stations management, thus seeing tremendous growth in its overall business. it has just completed its eagerly awaited Perishable Cargo terminal project at Mumbai airport. CSC is now building a prodigious air cargo terminal project at Delhi airport. This facility; comprising of two state-of-the-art semi-automated terminals will have a capacity to process and handle 1.2. million tons of cargo when completed in five years. The first phase of this project is due for completion by mid March. Through the commercial operations of these projects, the company is targeting a turnover of Rs. 500 crores over next five years. Hence, the company is looking for a pool of talented people interested in making a career in air cargo industry.

1. General Manager, Technical (Airport Operations)
   Experience - 12 to 15 years experience in design, installation, maintenance and management of automated/ mechanical material handling systems with relevant experience, having served in the senior management position for at least 3 years. Experience in Process design, process automation and process optimization, computerized maintenance management system, use of auto CAD desirable and will be advantageous.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - BE (Mechanical) with sound knowledge of IT related processes. MBA desirable.
   Responsibility - Overall in-charge for the entire technical aspects of the cargo terminal operations including material handling and IT system. Will also be responsible for development and management of appropriate maintenance management system, future design and development of appropriate material handling system and selection of vendors.

2. Manager (Customer Service)
   Experience - 10 to 12 years in air cargo / logistics/ service industry with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Deputy Manager/ Manager in setting up Customer Service department in a SME.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - Graduate with CRM/ Hospitality specialization, MBA desirable. Excellent communication skills essential.
   Responsibility - Responsible for setting up and efficiently managing the Customer Service Center. Through understanding of customer needs and satisfaction. Ensuring amendments and up-gradation of customer services policies. External customer satisfaction index management.

3. Manager (Human Resources)
   Experience - 10 to 12 years in Human Resource Development and Management. Should have led a team of HR professionals.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - MBA/ PG Diploma in HRM.
   Responsibilities - Responsible for entire gamut of HR functions in the station including Sourcing/ outsourcing, formulation and follow-up of KPI Matrix, Performance Management System, Statutory compliances, SOP Preparation and updation, internal customer satisfaction, maintaining rationality between company cost and salary structure.

4. Deputy Manager (Cargo Operations)
   Experience - 8 to 10 years in air cargo/ logistics/ services industry. Experience in managing large teams. Knowledge in cargo operations desirable.
   Location - Delhi, Mumbai Qualification - Graduate with Trade related qualification. MBA desirable.
   Responsibility - Responsible for efficient operation of entire process including continuous monitoring and analysis of the process with a view to achieve higher efficiency and productivity.

5. Deputy Manager (IT)
   Experience - 8 to 10 years of experience in managing air cargo/ logistics ERP software.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - BE (Information Technology).
   Responsibility - Ensure appropriate and optimum application of IT to use it as productivity multiplier. Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility. Periodically review the IT System for continuous improvement. Implement technological initiatives.

6. Deputy Manager (Mechanical)
   Experience - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in air cargo/logistics/ service industry.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - BE (Mechanical).
   Responsibility - Erection-commissioning and maintenance work. Co-ordination with different project disciplines. Planning of Preventive maintenance and implementation. Detailing and modification of project related activities.

7. Assistant Manager (Cargo Operations)
   Experience - 6 to 8 years of operational experience in air cargo/ logistics industry.
   Location - Delhi, Mumbai Qualification - Graduate with Trade related Technical Qualifications.
   Key Responsibilities - Shift in charge of cargo operations. Proficient supervisory skills to ensure maximum productivity and efficient employee performance.

8. Assistant Manager (Customer Service)
   Experience - 6 to 8 years in customer care, preferably from logistics/ cargo / service industry.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - Graduate, Diploma in CRM desirable.
   Key Responsibilities - Customer Relationship management including SLA compliance

9. Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
   Experience - 3 to 6 years of technical experience in aviation industry equipment.
   Location - Delhi Qualification - B.E. (Mech).
   Responsibilities - Responsible for efficient management of mechanical equipment in the organization.

10. Assistant Manager (Electrical)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years of technical experience in aviation industry
    Location - Delhi Qualification - B.E. (Elect).
    Responsibilities - In-charge of Electrical networks throughout the establishment.

11. Assistant Manager (IT)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years of experience in managing air cargo/ logistics software.
    Location - Delhi Qualification - BE (IT).
    Responsibilities - Responsible for Information flow and IT management within the Organization.

12. Assistant Manager (Refrigeration)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years of experience in maintenance & repair of Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning & Refrigeration systems.
    Location - Delhi Qualification - BE (Mechanical).
    Responsibilities - Efficient management of HVAC system. Required to work on all Project Engineering activities as well as routine/ preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment.

13. Assistant Manager (Security)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years in security function in a large organization.
    Location - Delhi, Mumbai Qualification - Graduate with necessary trade related qualifications. Key
    Responsibilities - Responsible for effective security management. Comply with all the Regulatory requirements. Knowledge about the state of the art Security and surveillance equipment, their application and handling.

14. Assistant Manager, HR (Training & Development)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years in Training and Development function.
    Location - Delhi Qualification - MBA/ PG Diploma in HRM desirable.
    Responsibilities - Responsible for Training and Development for the organization. On - Going identification of training needs. Designing, Development and updating situation specific training modules with a view to enhance core competencies.

15. Assistant Manager, HR (Health and Safety)
    Experience - 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
    Location - Delhi Qualification - Graduate, MBA desirable. Trade related technical qualifications essential.
    Responsibilities - Design and implement appropriate health and safety systems in the organization. Prevention of occupational illnesses and injuries to employees including designing and conducting safety training programs.

16. Assistant Manager (MIS)
    Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate MIS or similar duties.
    Location - Delhi Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/ BBA/ BMS.
    Responsibilities - MIS report preparations. Perform system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity; and reliability of automated tasks. Track and maintain accurate inventory. Assist the MIS Manager with administrative and technical functions.
