General Manager / Dy. General Manager - Commercial Code-A1
Qualifications: BE (Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical), MBA (Finance) Experience: 15-20 years

The incumbent should have at least 10-15 years experience in Oil & Gas sector, specifically in contracts management of high value/ complex Turnkey, EPC, EPCM projects, AMC and O & M contracts for offshore and onshore projects including drilling, production, logging services, etc. should also have the necessary expertise in procurement, tenders for various equipment required for onshore and offshore E & P activities such as drilling, Production, well services and logging services. A sound understanding of technical aspects, thorough knowledge of commercial terms and awareness of general trends in the Oil & Gas sector is desired. He should have an analytical mind, work with a high level of professional integrity and possess the desired communication and leadership profile to motivate and lead his team effectively.

Reservoir Engineer Code-A2
Qualifications: BE (Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical) Experience: 12-15 years

The incumbent should have sound reservoir engineering and skills. He will be responsible for the long-term management, development and optimization of large offshore gas fields using numerical simulation models and other analytical techniques, management of reservoir field operations, Transient well test interpretation and decline curve analysis. Should have at least 10 years experience in dynamic reservoir modeling and simulation of oil & gas fields using standard software packages like Eclipse and CMG. He should also have practical experience of building dynamic reservoir models from upscaled Petrel, GOCAD, static reservoir models etc. Proven expertise in Asset evaluation, Integrated asset modeling, Decision and Risk analysis, Reserves estimation through all phases of field life is essential. Forecasting and production optimization capability is also desired. Candidates should have good communication and presentation skills. capability of coaching and mentoring reservoir engineers and track record of working in multi-disciplinary integrated projects with other subsurface disciplines is essential.

Well Testing & Completions Engineer Code-A3
Qualifications: BE (Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical) Experience: 12-15 Years

The incumbent should have 12-15 years of experience as a well Testing/ Completion Engineer, of which at least 5 years should be with HPHT wells. He will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of well testing/ completion programming, equipment selection & procurement and will be the focal point for all well testing/ completion related activities within the company. his core responsibilities will include supervision of all well testing/ completion activities, maintaining liaison with Drilling Engineers and service providers and Contract Monitoring. Should have the experience of independently handling all such activities.
