Quality / Reliability Manager (Code: ITEC-11-001)
Candidates should be Graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years experience in Quality Management System (ISO 9000-2001) and Quality Procedures. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and developing the Quality culture and also ensure that he / she actively communicates the importance of Quality while engaging the entire organization. As a Reliability Manager, he / she will be responsible for creating reliability plans with the weibull tool, conduct project milestone reviews as defined by the DFR process and Developing the capabilities of the Reliability team. In addition, he/ she will have to ensure that KONE ITEC fulfills with all the KONE environmental aspects and cooperate / exchange information and best practices with KONE environmental network. Should have good analytical and communication skills.

Project Manager - Embedded Software (Code: ITEC-11-002)
Candidates should be Graduates in Electronics / Communication Engineering with 10+ years Project Management experience in the embedded domain. Good knowledge in Software Development Methodologies (SDLC) is a must. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the interface with all key stakeholders during the project and he/she plans, directs & coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure the project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule & budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.

Project Managers - R&D (Code: ITEC-11-003)
Candidates should be Graduates in Electronics / Communications / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years experience in R & D Project Management. He / She will be responsible for developing / implementing the products through R & D projects be proper planning, managing / leading the resources, collaborating with different functions and ensuring that the Key Performance Index of the projects are achieved. Experience in the Elevator Industry will be a merit.

R&D Chief Design Engineer - Electronics (Code: ITEC-11-004)
Candidates should be Graduates or Post Graduates in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 6+ years experience in power Electronics and Drives. He/ She should be competent enough to undertake design in power electronics circuits and motor inverters etc and comply with European & American standards and codes (IEC, EN, CSA etc) Candidate should have through knowledge in Electronic Design & Process Verification. He / She will lead the design team and guide the designers in creating the schematics & layout design (as per IPC standards) by ensuring that the design process and all the electronics engineering needs of the organization are met. Sound knowledge in simulation tools like Pspice will be an added asset.

R&D Chief Design Engineer - Electrification (Code: ITEC-11-005)
Candidates should be Graduates or Post Graduates in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with 6+ years experience in Electrical Design and Electrical Component rating selection (eg: switch gears, Cables, Fuses and contactors) according to the Technical calculations. He / She will be responsible for guiding and reviewing the Electrical schematics and Technical calculations. Good Knowledge in AutoCAD and SAP is an advantage and experience in the Elevator Industry is an additional asset.

R&D Chief Design Engineer - Mechanical (Code: ITEC-11-006)
Candidates should be Graduates or Post Graduates in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ years experience in Elevator Design with good knowledge in Pro-E and Ansys. He / She will be responsible for providing technical solution for new design development and managing the team for execution of technical plan. Experience in the Elevator industry will be an additional asset.

PCB Design Engineers - Electronics (Code: ITEC-11-007)
Candidates should be Graduates in Electronics / Communication / Electrical Engineering with 4+ years experience in PCB Design. Candidate should be able to make independent electronic design based on System requirement. Competence in EDA Tools like OrCad, Cadstar, Allego and Analysis tools like Pspice is a must. He/ She will be responsible for the complete PCB design activity from schematic level, through PCB Layout Design till Gerber generation considering industry standard design rules throughout the design process. Candidate will also be responsible for Electronic component analysis & testing, second sourcing of electronic component analysis & testing, Second Sourcing of Electronic components and Electronic Process documentation support for the design projects.

Reliability Manager (Code: ITEC-11-008)
Candidates should be Graduates in Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years hands-on experience in Design For Reliability (DFR) from the Elevator industry. he / she will be responsible for supporting the Reliability Manager in conducting milestone reviews as defined by the DFR process. Working knowledge on WeiBul tool is a pre-requisite.

System Analysts - SAP - Variant Configuration (Code: ITEC-11-009)
Candidates should be Graduates in Mech / Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with 1+ years working experience in SAP modules like PP / MM / SD. Basic Knowledge in Variant Configuration and ABAP is preferable. Good communication skills is a must.

Design Engineers (Code: ITEC-11-010)
Candidates should be Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years experience in Elevator Design. Candidates should have knowledge in Elevator Layout and Component Designs. Good working knowledge in Auto CAD/ PRO-E is essential.

Testing Engineers (Code: ITEC-11-011)
Candidates should posses a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineering with 2+ years experience in testing electrical control panels. Ability to understand the controller circuit diagrams and knowledge in testing tools is a must.

Technical Writers (Code: ITEC-11-012)
Candidates should be Graduates (in any discipline) with 2+ years experience in Technical Writing in a business environment. Knowledge about structured modular content (XML) & Web applications and skills on software such as MSOffice, Arbortext Editor, FrameMaker is a pre-requisite. Knowledge about content management systems is a merit. He/ She must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. incumbent will be responsible for creating contents for the elevator/ escalator product documentation in collaboration with R & D Project Managers, Chief Design Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, etc global.

Technical Illustrator (ITEC-11-013)
Candidates should be Graduates in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years experience or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years experience in Technical Illustration in any industrial environment. Knowledge on illustrator software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, PhotoShop, CAD (e.g. Autodesk Inventor) and/or Autodesk 3Ds Max or Autodesk VIZ, Adobe Flash is a must. He/ She will be responsible for creating the illustrations for the elevator/ escalator product documentation published through different media in collaboration with Information Product Authors, Technical Writers and Illustrators globally. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
