Superintendent of Boarding
Qualification: Should have a Doctorate / Masters / Bachelors from renowned institutions combined with a long track record of experience in academic and pastoral care gained at fine residential schools in India or abroad.

Academic: Excellent verbal and written communicative skills with a high level of comfort in working in an international setting with Indian and expatriate student and faculty. High degree of emotional intelligence is a must.

Pastoral: Experience as Housemaster or Housemistress with a special interest in discharging pastoral responsibilities. Overseeing the running of the Boys International Home and the Girls International Home with over 450 students in residence.

• Mentor teachers, supervise the masters / mistress & The house staff and liaise constantly with class tutors and parents.

Teachers (IB / IGCSE / Primary Years / Middle Years)

Special - Needs Educators
Qualification: Relevant Degree / Diploma / Certificate holders who are trained and experienced. Candidates should possess ability / skill to work with students with special learning needs - Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, Congnitive Disability, etc.

Student Counsellors
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology with training in either clinical or counseling psychology. Experience in family counseling or psychotherapy preferred.

Job Responsibility:

• Help students understand their skill sets and show ways to utilize them
• Advise students on their personnel problems & help resolve these
• Recognise behavioural issues & provide solutions to handle them
• Engineer parents in family counseling, if required

Kindergarten / Montessori
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors / PG Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training. Teachers Training or Nursery Training. Keen interest in creating a visually rich environment while developing an enriched and activity based curriculum for the kindergartners.

• Enthusiasm for bringing their class to life with art, craft, music, puppetry & drama, coupled with a love for children.

Fine Arts / Theatre Arts / Music (Western / Indian) / Drama (IB Diploma, IGCSE & Middle Years)
Profile: Qualified / trained professionals with adequate experience in the relevant field of activity. Stage artists / theatre persons, musicians, fine arts professionals with exposure to performing on stage, training or teaching students through curriculum based approach or conducting workshops preferred. Multimedia expertise is essential.

Physical Education Institutors / Swim Coaches (M/F)
Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters in Physical Education or certified and experienced instructors and personnel from armed forces physical education branch not below the rank of caption/ sports personnel from Sports Authority of India / similar other institutions need apply.

To impart instructions in Gymnastics, Cricket, Swimming, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Squash, Lawn Tennis, Billiards, Golf, Athletics and other indoor / outdoor games. Should stay on campus and promote all sports programmes.

Boarding Housemasters, Housemistresses & Houseparents
Qualification: Should have a Bachelors Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Teaching / Nursing / Hospitality Management / Applied Psychology.

• Should have exposure to fine residential schools of International repute and be an ardent team player.
• Should be affectionate, work harmoniously towards grooming of students by inculcating in them best ethical values and have the ability to understand the psychology of children and help them in the challenges faced in a boarding school environment.

Library Information Officers
Qualification: A Masters / Bachelors in Library Science.

• Young librarians with experience in setting up and using Library Information Management System software.
• Have a deep desire for reading and inclination to support programmes to inculcate a love for reading and research in children.
