Star Facilities and Management Company (SFML), a subsidiary of Ansal API manages facilities of the company's townships in across India and commercial properties in Delhi NCR. SFML requires a Manager (legal) based out of Delhi to manage all of legal and regulatory issues relating to provision of the facilities.

Manager (Legal)
Law graduate from a reputed university with 4-6 years post qualification experience in litigation relating to Civil Suits, Criminal Cases, Consumer Matters, Leasing transactions, Facility Management, Property transactions and Company Law issues, appearing in High Court and lower courts and various tribunals and forums, Drafting & Vetting legal documents including Agreement to sell, Lease & License agreements, Affidavits, power of Attorney, Sale Deeds, Commercial Contracts and preparing briefs for counsels, liaison with lawyers etc.

Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. preference will be given to 5 years course law graduates.
