Costra Group is a Dubai based Company established over 17 years ago with a strong presence in the Middle East, India, Saudi Arabia, Iran & China. Costra Group specializes in the design and large scale production of "Point of sale Material" and "Retail Commercial Interior furniture" for Multinational companies. Due to the International Growth of Costra we are looking for Talented, dynamic individuals for the following positions:

• Senior Retail Interior Designer: Plan, design, and furnish commercial retail interior. Formulate designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to Client requirement, such as raising productivity, selling merchandise, or improving the look and feel. You May specialize in a particular field, style, or phase of interior design. Candidates must possess a Min 5 years Retail industry experience supported by a relevant degree including the use of 3D Max, Auto Cad, Photoshop etc. must possess strong communication skills, be fully aware of retail trends, markets, materials and work with the project teams from concept to completion.

• AutoCAD Designer: Applicants must have a technical 3yrs experience in POP/POS, Retail fit out display designs. Candidate should be graduated. Ability to develop and design retail / shopping environment is a must. Good in Abode Photoshop, IIIustrator, 3D would be advantageous.

• Creative 3D Studio Manager: 2+ yrs experience within a top design and communications agency with a degree qualification. Experience in POP/ POS Displays, exhibition stand designs, retail stand designs would be advantageous. Should have impressive portfolio of existing clients.

• Sales Executive: Min. 2 yrs experience in advertising field. Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Business. Knowledge of POS Displays, Retail fit out would be advantageous. Good command of English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
