Madhvani Group is a leading international professionally managed industrial/ service group, engaged in diverse operations such as sugar, steel, soap, tea, safety wax matches, construction, safari lodges, insurance, software services, distribution agencies, etc. is looking for their Luxury Safari Lodges/ Hotel, located in a National Park with 50 guest rooms, swimming pool, health club, conference facilities, business centre, banquet, etc.

1. Financial Controller
   Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for accounting including finalization of accounts of the business, liaising with statutory and internal auditors, preparing cash flow statements and annual budget, carrying out monthly performance review and advising management about the variance vis-à-vis approved budget, preparing monthly MIS report, supervision and control the day-to-day functioning of the Accounts/ Finance Department including Stores.

   The candidate should be B.Com/ M.Com/ CA/ ICWA with a minimum of 7 years similar experience at management level preferably from hotel/hospitality industry.

2. Chief Engineer - Lodge Hotel Maintenance
   Reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of all facilities at the lodge to the maintenance of all facilities at the lodge to the highest standard. These include equipments such as oil fired boilers, DG sets, water treatment plant, HVAC, cold rooms, kitchen equipments, laundry equipments, electrical systems, fire systems, air-conditioning systems, entertainment and sound systems etc.

   The candidate should have a degree / diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering with relevant experience of at least 10 years in a 5 star hotel.
