SALES & MARKETING/ LEASING

President / VP / GM - Corporate Leasing (Code: 1.1) Position (4)
Candidate will be responsible for executing the strategic plans for leasing of office and retail space in specific markets. Should be an MBA in marketing or related discipline having a minimum of 12-25 years experience in Regulatory, Licensing, Leasing Corporate Legal Consultancy, Trade & Commerce and setting out 'Terms & Conditions' for Legal Documents.

Sr. Manager / Manager - Leasing (Code: 1.2) Positions (4)
A Seasoned professional with relevant experience of marketing "Commercial Projects" in the NCR region. Should be able to design marketing strategies, play a key role in project Planning, pre-leasing market mapping and be able to implement with vision the strategic action plan.

  • Ensure Maximum occupancy of the leasable properties.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy of the properties.
  • Basic Knowledge of other key markets / service lines to be able to market on pan-India Basis.
  • High level of influencing and communication capabilities.

He / She should be a motivated achiever in 30's with min experience of 5-7 years. A Management qualification in marketing is preferably but not a restraining factor for deserving candidates.

Back Office Executive - Leasing (Code: 1.3) Positions (4)
Candidate from the 'Real Estate Industry with a minimum experience of 1-3 years in sales. Preferred age group is mid 20's to early 30's

Should be an MBA in marketing or related discipline having a minimum of 12-25 years experience in Corporate/ Retail Sale & Marketing, Advertising and Brand Building, Market Research, Identification and Acquisition of New Real Estate projects/ Business Opportunities, Client Relations.

Sr. Manager / Manager - Sales & Marketing (Code: 1.5) Positions (4)
A seasoned professional with relevant experience of marketing "Housing / Commercial Projects" in the NCR region. Should be able to design marketing strategies and achieve the desired targets. Excellent Communications skills both written and verbal are must. He / She should be a motivated achiever in 30's.

  • Creating an efficient and innovative sales process to maximize efforts and produce timely results.
  • Developing effective sales channels via institutional sales, channel partner development, Direct Marketing and e-marketing.
  • Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming / existing premium commercial / residential projects.
  • Developing marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes with minimum experience of 5-7 years. A Management qualification in marketing is preferable but not a restraining factor for deserving candidates.

Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing (Code: 1.6) Positions (2)
Candidate having Real Estate exposure with a minimum experience of 4-5 years. Excellent verbal & written communication with sound Presentation skills. He / She should have a pleasant personality and should be able to deal with clients in an impressive manner.

  • Developing effective sales channels via institutional sales, channel partner development, direct marketing and e-marketing.
  • Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming / existing premium commercial / residential projects.
  • He / She would lead a team of 'Sales Executives' and be responsible for all documentation related to Sales.

Candidate from Real Estate background with minimum experience of 3-4 years in selling. Preferred age group is mid 20's to early 30's.

Executive - Client Relation (Code: 1.8) Position (2)
Female candidate from the 'Real Estate / Hospitality Industry' with a minimum experience of 3-4 years in Client Servicing. Preferred age group is mid 20's to early 30's.

COMMERCIAL

VP/ GM/ DGM - Commercial (Code: 2.1) Positions (4)
Candidate should have a degree in Accountancy with minimum 10-20 years of experience in reputed Real Estate companies with expertise in Planning & Management, Finance and Accounts along with proficiency in Commercial, Credit, Billing, Supply, Accounts, Receivables and Finance. Ensuring process oriented dealings for enhanced brand equity and organizational image. Also should have leadership skills.

Sr. Commercial Executive / Commercial Executive / CRM (Code: 2.2) Positions (5)
Candidate should have a minimum 4-7 years of experience. Collection Management / Dealing with Dealers / Distributors / controlling outstanding from the sales / Channels / Exposure to multi channels such as MBO / Key accounts / Direct Sales / Client Relation Management, etc.

CIVIL

Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 20-25 years of experience in Construction industry and worked/ working in reputed companies. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Project Planning, Coordination, Execution of Civil Work, Preparation of Technical Specification, Cost Estimate of working, Purchasing and Negotiation and Contract procedures. Also well conversant in coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 12-20 years of experience in Construction industry and worked / working in reputed companies. Candidate should have minimum experience of 10-12 years for degree holder or 12-15 years for diploma holders in handling all civil work supervision and project management involving customer liaison/ interface project time cost management.

Project Engineer (Civil) (Code: 3.4) Positions (8)
Candidate should have diploma in civil with minimum experience of 8-10 years in reputed Construction companies in execution work. Responsible for independently handling computerized billing with measurement of all the items like earth work, steel, R.C.C., shuttering, structure work, brick work, flooring, wall cladding finishing work and the development work etc. Order the quantities of material for the site and Supervision for structural work like steel, shuttering (line and level) & layout etc.

Project Manager (Billing / Quantity Surveyor) (Code: 3.5) Positions (4)
Candidate should be a B.E. (Civil) with 10-15 years of experience or diploma in Civil Engineering with 12-16 years of experience with reputed construction companies in their billing department. Should have knowledge in computer such as MS-Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop etc.

Deputy Project Manager / Sr. Manager / Project Engineer - (Billing / Quantity Surveyor) (Code: 3.6) Positions (8)
Candidate should be a B.E. (Civil) with 8-14 years of experience or diploma in Civil Engineering with 12-16 years of experience with reputed construction companies in their billing department. Should have knowledge in computer such as MS-Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop etc.

Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager (Quality Control) (Code: 3.7) Positions (3)
Candidate should be a B.E. (Civil) with minimum of 10-15 years of experience or diploma in Civil Engineering with 14-18 years of experience in quality control with reputed companies.

Chief Architect (Code: 3.8) Position (2)
Degree in Architecture with 15-20 years of experience in construction design management of Real Estate project. Good knowledge of building bye laws applicable in Haryana. Good Design and Document coordination with Project consultant, marketing and project team. High proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office platforms. Shall be familiar with complete understanding of Real Estate project development life cycle along with exposure of site. Feel and sense of Project formulation aligned with existing market requirement. Experience & ability to co-ordinate at highest level. Ability to always have birds' eye view of overall project.

Sr. Architect / Architect (Code: 3.9) Positions (2)
Graduate / Diploma in Architecture with 4-10 years of experience in construction design management of Real Estate project. Good knowledge of building bye laws applicable in Haryana. Sr. Foreman / Supervisor (Civil) (Code: 3.11) Positions (8)
Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in execution of civil works in the construction industry.

Store Manager / Store In Charge (Code: 3.12) Positions (5)
Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 6-10 experience in project sites with Construction companies who is well conversant with store procedures of construction industry.

Should have knowledge in Preparation of BOQ, Measurement Checking of all site work and Certification of contractors' bills; computer such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop etc.

Candidate should have diploma in Electrical with minimum experience of 5-10 years. Responsible for Project execution & commissioning of Electrical equipments like HT / LT Sub station, VCB's, DG Set, Internal Electrification, External Electrification, floor panels and Billing.

Project Manager / Project Engineer (Plumbing / Fire Fighting) (Code: 4.5) Positions (7)
Candidate should have diploma in Mechanical with minimum experience of 5-10 years. Responsible for project execution & commissioning for Plumbing work like Internal piping, WTP, STP, External Sewage & Storm water system. Pump rooms, hydrant & sprinkler system, external hydrant, fire pump room & Billing.

Project Manager / Project Engineer (HVAC) (Code: 4-6) Positions (3)
Candidate should have diploma in Mechanical with minimum experience of 5-10 years. Responsible for project execution & commissioning for HVAC system like Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU's, FCU, ventilation system and Billing.

Candidate should be a graduate with 5-15 years experience with Import / Export / Custom Clearance / Documentation.

FINANCE

President / VP - Finance (Code: 6.1) Positions (2)
Chartered Accountant with minimum 15-20 years experience preferably in Real Estate Industry. Should be well versed in Budgeting, Funding, Liaisoning, Finance Management, MIS and Reporting, Internal Audit, Cost Controls, Setting up accounting systems in place. Dealing with Authorities, Internal Controls, Variance Analysis, Forecasting, Statutory and Tax Audits.

ACCOUNTS

Sr. Manager / Manager - Accounts (Code: 6.2) Positions (2)
Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-10 years experience in Real Estate Industry. Capable of handling Project Accounts & Consolidation of Accounts. Should be well versed in Corporate and Taxation Laws and capable of preparing MIS and Budgets. Exposure with Banks and Financial Institutions will be preferred.

Manager Taxation (Code: 6.3) Positions (2)
Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of experience in taxation. Should be well versed in income Tax and Company Law. Preference will be given to candidate who have handled Search and Seizure cases.

Accountant (Code: 6.4) Positions (4)
With 4 years experience of data entry. Experience in making Statutory payments, Monthly returns, Filling of Returns and Maintenance of Records & documents. Must have proficiency in Tally.
