Post-graduates in Marketing Management with 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. Will be responsible for planning and implementation of sales strategy.

AGM / DGM - Finance & Accounts (F-01)
CA with 8-15 years of experience in accounting functions, finalization of accounts, handling audits, budgetary control, MIS. Experience in real estate industry will be preferred.

AGM/ DGM - Treasury (F-02)
CA with minimum of 8-15 years of relevant experience in real estate or related industry. he will be responsible for day to day functions with banking and treasury.

AGM/ DGM - Legal (LG-01)
LLB/ LLM with 10-15 years of experience with exposure to land related/ real estate matters including documentation.

AGM/ DGM - Commercial (CO-01)
CA/ CFA/ MBA Finance with 8-12 years of experience in commercial/ business activities.

AGM - Projects (E-01)
BE/ DE in Civil/ Construction with 12-15 years of experience in execution of high rise residential and commercial projects from commencement to completion.

AGM-Estimation (ES-01)
BE / DE in Civil with 12-15 years of relevant experience in estimation and costing of present and future projects.

AGM - Business Development (BD-01)
BE/ DE in Civil/ B.Arch with degree in law and 8-12 years of experience in real estate business development. Principal responsibilities would include identifying suitable properties having excellent development potential, implementing aggressive strategies for land acquisitions, and proposing options, negotiating contracts and follow up.

Project Manager/ Project Engineer/ Senior Engineer (E-02)
BE/ DE in Civil/ Construction with 6-12 years of experience in execution of high rise residential and commercial projects from commencement to completion.

Senior Architect (A-01)
B.Arch/ D.Arch with 8-10 years of experience in coordinating design, development and execution of high rise residential projects and township developments with design architects and consultants.

Manager - Liaison (L-01)
BE/ DE in Civil/ B.Arch with degree in law and 7-10 years of experience in working out feasible options for development of property as per Mumbai and Thane Municipal Corporations rules and regulations, advising design architects on the same and seeking approvals from Municipal Corporations. Should be conversant with revenue, MRTP and towers planning laws, Must be excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.

Manager - Purchase (P-01)
BE preferably in civil with post-graduate degree/ diploma in materials management with 6-10 years of experience in contract management, tendering/ procurement and vendor development. Must have good product knowledge and excellent negotiation skills.

Manager Contracts (C-01)
BE/ DE in Civil/ Construction with 6-10 years of experience in preparation of tender documents, evaluation of contractors and negotiation of contracts.

Project Engineer - Estimation (ES-02)
BE/ DE in Civil with 5-8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis and reconciliation of materials consumed. Knowledge of Autocad or any other equivalent software and ERP system would be preferable.

Manager/ Asst. Manager - Sales (S-02)
Post-graduates in Marketing Management with 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales. Will be responsible for sales of premium high rise residential apartments, second home sales at exotic locations and sales of township developments.

Liaison Architect (L-02)
B.Arch/ D.Arch from a reputed institute with 5-8 years of experience. knowledge of AUTOCAD and DC regulations is essential.

Landscape Architect (A-02)
B.Arch/ D.Arch with specilaisation/ PG in Landscaping. Experience in designing and developing large landscape area in residential, commercial and retail properties.
