Head Program Management - R&D [EPM] Graduate. Preferably from IIT / NIT
Heading end-to-end delivery and program management. Responsible for resource management and strategic planning. 15+ years' experience in the IT industry, motivator with excellent inter-personnel skills. Strong background of ERP product development / delivery and Project management. P & L responsibility.

Sr. Product Analysts Analysts / Sr. Application Consultants [EPS] MBA, MMS, CAN, ICWA
Domain experts in Logistics or Finance with minimum 10 years' experience in the ERP Software Architecture / Designing and Implementation. Experience in Infor / Baan ERP people / project management would be a definite advantage.

Software Specialists - Infor / Baan ERP [ESE] B.E., MCA, MCS, MCM
Technical experts with minimum 3 years' experience in the infor / Baan ERP software development. Candidates with exposure to the complete software development life cycle and overseas experience will be preferred. Experience in Infor / Baan ERP must.

Software Professionals - Microsoft [MSE] B.E., MCA, MCS, MCM
3-10 years' experience in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, Silverlite, WPF, SQL 2005/08. Experience in BI / DW solution development (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SharePoint), MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 (Development and Implementation). Microsoft certification and experience in OOAD must. Candidates with higher experience in people and project management will be considered for senior positions.

Sr. Manager - HR [HSM] MBA-HR or Equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in HR. Exposure to complex and innovative HR interventions / policies and processes and experience in IT industry must.
