Operations

VP/ AVP (Unit Head-Operations) OPNS: 001
BE (Mechanical) with Post Graduate in Management (preferred) having 20+ years relevant experience in Steel or Heavy Engineering/ Fabrication Industry. Should be working as Unit/ Factory Head for atleast 5 yrs. Must have hands on experience in manufacturing operations including Production, Quality, Materials, Supply Chain and Maintenance and should also be familiar with HR, Finance & Business planning functions. Excellent leadership skills are must for this job.

General Manager (Plant) OPNS:002
BE (Mechanical/ Production) with 15 to 18 years of experience in SAW Pipes manufacturing, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication Units with thorough knowledge of ASME/API-5L Codes, Welding Metallurgy. The candidate should be familiar with principles and practices of Maintenance function and Quality Assurance Procedures. Exposure to Hydraulic Press and Heavy Mechanical Metal Forming Machineries is desirable. In addition, the candidate should have good communication and team handling capacity and should have a proven track record in leadership positions.

Dy. General Manager (Production) OPNS:003
BE (Mechanical/ Production) with 12 to 15 years of experience in SAW Pipes manufacturing, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication Units with knowledge of ASME/API-5L Codes, Welding Metallurgy. Exposure to Hydraulic Press and Heavy Mechanical Metal Forming Machineries will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate shall be a team leader with excellent communication skills.

Dy. General Manager (Welding) OPNS:004
BE (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) and PG (Metallurgy) with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAW/ MIG Welding techniques in pipes manufacturing/ Steel Tube Mills/ Heavy Engineering & Fabrication industries etc. and knowledge of Welding Metallurgy and relevant Specifications & Standards like API 5L, 5CT, ASME codes.

Dy. General Manager (PPC) OPNS:005
BE (Mechanical) with 12 to 15 years of experience in planning/ production of steel/ heavy engineering/ pipe industry, having exposure of Welding, conversant with ASME/API codes standard. Also familiar with SAP. Having experience in planning, developing and implementing strategy for PPC department and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales

Production Manager (Spiral/ERW) OPNS:006
BE (Mechanical/ Production) with 8 to 10 years/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Production) with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAW Pipes/ HFIW manufacturing, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication Units with exposure to ASME/ API-5L Codes, Welding Metallurgy. Exposure to Hydraulic Press and Heavy Mechanical Metal Forming Machineries will be an added advantage.

Manager (Welding) OPNS:007
BE (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) and PG (Metallurgy with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAW/ MIG Welding techniques in pipes manufacturing/ Steel Tube Mills/ Heavy Engineering & Fabrication industries etc. and knowledge of Welding Metallurgy and relevant Specifications & Standards like API 5L, 5CT, ASME codes.

Work Shop

Senior Manager (PPC) WS:001
BE (Mechanical/ Production Engineering) with 12 to 15 years of experience in Planning Department of an Engineering/ Machine Building Shop with knowledge of Manufacturing Processes like Fabrication, Machining and Assembly, BOM preparation from Drawing, Basic Knowledge of Engineering Material, Scheduling, Estimation and Costing of jobs/ components, Process sheet preparing.

DGM/ Sr. Manager (Quality) WS:002
BE (Mechanical/ Metallurgy) with 12 to 15 years of experience in QC Department of an Engineering, Heavy Machine Building Shop with knowledge of Manufacturing Processes like Fabrication, Machining and Assembly ,BOM preparation from Drawing, Basic Knowledge of Engineering Material, Scheduling , Lab testing and Metallurgy, Process sheet preparing.

Others

Engineer to Manager (Operations/ Maintenance (Mechanical and Electrical)/ Quality/ NDT) OTH:001
Candidate should be BE/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering having 2 to 8 yrs. of relevant experience in Pipe Manufacturing/ Steel or Heavy Engineering/ Fabrication Industry.

Mechanical Maintenance

Dy. General Manager (Mechanical) MM:001
BE (Mechanical) with 12 to 15 years experience and sound knowledge in Preventive &Breakdown maintenance of Heavy duty hydraulic machines and Utilities Systems. Having experience in reading and troubleshooting in Mechanical assemblies, Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits, capable of doing break down analysis & carry out suitable corrective and preventive action. The ideal candidate shall be a team leader with excellent communication skills.

Electrical Maintenance

Sr. Manager/ Manger (Electrical) EM:001
BE (Electrical) with 8 to 10 years/ Diploma (Electrical) with 10 to 12 years experience in Project Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Planning, Erection & Commissioning of large size projects in Steel Plants, Heavy Engineering Industries, Power Plants, Pipe & Tube Mills with specialized exposure to selection of Drives, plant automation in similar industries & PLC software like Siemens, GE Fanuc etc.

Civil Engineering

General Manager (Civil) CE:001
BE (Civil) with 15 to 18 years of relevant experience of Industrial Construction. To maintain all civil infra structure to the required standards, designing and deciding BOQ for various small and medium level jobs. Exposure to Construction Engineering and Structural Design will be an added advantage. The candidate should have good communication and team handling capacity and should have a proven track record in leadership positions..

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Civil) CE:002
BE (Civil) with 8 to 10 years/ Diploma (Civil) with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Industrial Construction. To maintain all civil infra structure to the required standards, designing and deciding BOQ for various small and medium level jobs.

Supply Chain Management

Dy. General Manager (Materials) SCM:001
MBA (Materials Mgmt) with 12-15 years of experience in Procurement of Important Spare parts/ Capital items/ Equipments/ Machinery. Well versed with working on SAP system. Able to generate Cost comparisons, Budgeting. Analytical & Communication skills

DGM/ Sr Manager (MIS & Costing) SCM:002
AICWA ORACA with 8 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Set-up in MIS, Product Costing, Products Profitability Analysis, Corporate Finance, Conducting variance analysis and recommending/ taking corrective actions

Human Resources

DGM/ Sr. Manager (Talent Acquisition) HR:001
MBA (HR) with 10 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing set up. Should have hired for positions across India at entry, middle and Senior levels. Able to work under pressure, and deliver on very tight timelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors. Excellent knowledge of HR Procedures, Documentation, and Standards

DGM/ Sr. Manager (Administration) HR:002
Graduate/ Post graduate with 10 to 12 years of experience in Administrative functions. Good experience in the administrative areas Transportation, Housekeeping & Pantry, Canteen Management, Stationary Management, Work Space Management, Vendor Management and ensuring uniformity of processes and error free service delivery.

Projects

VP/AVP (Projects) PROJ:001
BE (Mechanical/ Production) with 20 to 22 years of experience in setting up Greenfield Projects in the area of SAW Pipes manufacturing, Heavy Engineering & Fabrication Units with thorough knowledge of Project Management and Monitoring Techniques. An MBA/PGDM in Project Management shall be an added advantage. In addition, the candidate should have good communication and team handling capacity and should have a proven track record in leadership positions.

GM (Projects and Development) PROJ:002
BE (Mechanical/ Electrical) with MBA working in esteemed organization having 10 to 12 years of experience in Project Proposal, Planning & Execution. Candidates must have proven track record and exposure in International Operations/ Projects Management along with good communication skill and team handling capacity. Must have flair in costing and variance analysis and should be a self starter.

General: Other candidates having relevant qualification/ experience in the areas of Logistics/ HR/ Purchase/ Stores/ Accounts/ Commercial may also apply.

Exposure to QMS, EMS & OHSAS, TQM and 5-S is desirable. Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. The candidate should posses' good communication skills & proven track record in similar positions.

Designation, Salary and Benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. Should be ready to work anywhere in India.
