TPA (Third Party Administrator) Industry is one of fastest growing service industry in Life & Health Insurance business. The industry offer and to end solution to insurers to administer their health Insurance Portfolio. TPA's are also playing on important role in implementation of government sponsored schemes e.g. RSBY. E-Meditek is amongst the leaders in this space; it has enrolled over 7.5 million lives during the year under its business relationship with 20 insurance companies. It has over 800 employees in 35 contact centers country having its Head Quarter at Gurgaon. We require following person to augment our growth, new initiatives and strengthen operations. The preference shall be for persons having good communication skills and requisite experience in insurance / TPA / Hospital / Hospitality / BPO/ KPO / or any other process driven service Industry

Seniors Level Positions: CFO/ VP/ AVP/ GM/ DGM

CFO (1)
CA with 12-15 years of experience to manage finance and accounting functions of a large service organization with excellent knowledge of relevant laws and provisions, budgeting, cash flow, costing, banking and compliance matters, ability to lead large team and integrate Finance function with business requirements, implementation of ERP solutions. MBA's may have added advantage in consideration.

HR (1)
Post graduate professionals with minimum 5-7 years of experience to manage 800 employees at multiple locations, the person shall be responsible for overall responsibility of the HR Department and drive performance management organization.

Corporate Relationship Management
Graduates / Post Graduates having 5-7 Years of experience and customer centric approach. Person shall be responsible for managing a large team responsible for satisfactory service delivery and business retention across country.

Business Development (3)
Graduate / Post Graduate having 5-7 Years of experience, excellent marketing skills and persistent attitude to grow business with Principals and channel partners across country to initiate new opportunities and government projects. One position is for growing business outside India.

Operations (5)
Graduates/ Post Graduate with 5-7 Years of experience, excellent operational skills in a system driven and process oriented organization with large volumes. The person shall be responsible for ensuring committed service delivery standards, quality and team productivity.

Accounts & Finance (1)
Qualified CAs with 4-5 years of experience with excellent IT and analytical skills. The candidate shall be responsible for financial accounting and integration of accounting & operating systems to match the fast growth oriented industry.

IT (1)
Qualified B.Tech. engineers and software professionals + MBA with 7-10 years experience in managing IT operations including networking and system solutions, preferably in BPO/ KPO/ service industry.

Medical Claims Management (7)
MBBS/MD or equivalent having 5-7 years experience with sufficient exposure in related industry. Person shall be heading one of the processes at national claims adjudication processing centre and responsible for service delivery and maintain the TAT.

Middle Level - Manager/ Senior Manager

Operations (10)
Young & dynamic graduates/ post graduates with 3-5 years experience, having passion to be a part of the robust system driven process team to manage health insurance portfolio of various insurance companies; the major processes include member enrollment, call centre & customer care, claims authorization, claims adjudication, mass scheme implementation.

IT (5)
Young & Dynamic B.Tech./ M.Tech. engineers with minimum 5 years experience and sufficient exposure on Microsoft Technologies (Sql Server, ASP, Dot Net) to lead a team of software developers engaged in in-house software development centre. Strong Analytical Skills clear understanding of RDBMS and its implementation is important. Any exposure with insurance industry shall be an added advantage.

Medical Managers (15)
MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS or equivalent doctors committed towards non clinical career in the insurance industry may apply. The candidate will be responsible for various claims management processes e.g. authorization, adjudication, verification, audit etc.

Business Analyst (2)
Young and energetic post graduates (preferably Mathematics/ actuarial) with 4-5 years of experience in MIS & Data Analytics, through knowledge of Excel, MS Access, MS Sql database and ability to present essential management reports.

Relationship & Business Development (10)
Young and dynamic MBAs with 2-3 years experience to manage client relationship and grow business, excellent communication and presentation skills necessary. Freshers with outstanding academic record may also apply.

Secretary (2)
Young and energetic post graduates (preferably Mathematics/ actuarial) with 4-5 years of experience in MIS & Data Analytics, through knowledge of Excel, MS Access, MS Sql database and ability to present essential management reports.

Salary package will commensurate with individuals experience, merit and will be at par with the best in the industry.
