Job Desc: Must have completed CA/ ICWA you will have 3 to 5 yrs of relevant post qualification experience. Experience on financial planning, analysis reporting. Experience on demand forecasting/ cost. Optimization / modeling / Ad-hoc analysis.

Profile: You will provide superior analytical horsepower and lead the financial planning, analysis reporting for our product engineering services division. Long range planning, demand forecasting, cost optimization, modeling and ad hoc analysis basing all of this support on strong business, partnering and analytical skills. in this role, you will partner with the Company's leadership team on financial planning, manage financial reporting and analysis (Including Ad hoc) processes/ Tools/ events, develop key performance metrics, benchmark performance with the industry, and manage relationships with key partner groups in India and in the US. You will contribute to the company business planning processes including mid-year reviews, strategy reviews and business plan reviews. Finalization of quarterly and annual financials for reporting to stock exchanges as per IGAAP and other applicable laws. Closing of books of accounts of Bangalore division Dealings with statutory auditors for finalization of quarterly and annual financials. Supervising employees payroll processing and related compliance with taxation, provident fund and other statutory laws. Ensuring Monthly Closing and other monthly, quarterly and annual MIS. Strong analytical skills Ability to quickly interpret data facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions. Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines efficiently. Must have excellent communication skills in English both oral written Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in team.
