1. GM /DGM / Chief Manager/ Managers Construction - (Code: CM)
   Execution of large multidisciplinary construction projects with the ability to manage both direct and contracted work. A strong process orientation towards quality and safety is an essential pre-requisite from being self-driven with ability to take responsibility for co-ordination of all construction and site related activities.

   Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10-20 years relevant experience, out of which the last 4 years should be on independent assignments.

2. MEP Managers / Engineers - (Code: MEP)
   Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience, out of which 6 years should be in design, execution and monitoring of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical & Mechanical Systems pertaining to large buildings.

3. Planning & Scheduling Managers / Engineers - (Code: PLA)
   Ability to handle resource planning and scheduling for large projects and sound knowledge of construction methods, processes, sequencing, productivity norms and outputs etc. are essential. Knowledge of MS Project and / or Primavera software is essential. Graduate in Civil Engineering preferred with 5 years relevant experience.

4. Site Engineers (Execution / Finishing / QA / QC of Civil Works) - (Code: SE)
   Relevant experience & knowledge in respective field. Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2+ years experience.

5. QS / Commercial - (Code: QS)
   Ability to handle all measurements and contractual matters of clients / sub contractors, ascertaining / verification of bill of quantities, preparation of bills and rate analysis, familiarity with material / labour prices, MIS and wastage monitoring, experience in budget / cost analysis. Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+ years experience.

6. Procurement / Stores - (Code: PC)
   Exposure to the procurement process including subcontract agreements, material procurement and expediting apart from experience in Procurement / Stores of all building materials. Familiarity in ERP systems shall be preferred. Engineering / Commerce graduate. Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage.

7. Safety - (Code: SF)
   Implementation of EHS plan at sites and should be able to develop training modules for site and office working staff / workmen. Ability to coordinate with contractors and conduct audits and follow up thereof is necessary. Relevant experience in safety of high-rise buildings is desirable. Diploma in Safety with 2-3 years relevant experience. IOSH / NEBOSH / OSHA qualifications are desirable.
