Physical Design

• Netlist to GDSII - PnR including STA, SI, Power Analysis & PV targeted to 65nm & below; Tools: Synopsys IC Compiler, PT-SI, Magma - Talus, Calibre.

ASIC Implementation

• ASIC Synthesis using Synopsys DC, Power Analysis using Power Theater / Power Artist & Formal Verification (Jasper)

ASIC Design

• RTL Coding (Verilog), Architecture of ARM - based ASICs, Linting, Synthesis / STA, Support to Physical Design Team on Floorplan, Powerplan and Timing Closure.

ASIC functional Verification

• ARM-based ASICs Verification using SystemVerilog / Specman / Vera / SystemC, VMM / OVM / RVM - based TestBench Architecture, Modeling experience using SystemC.

DFT

• Expertise in DC / AC tests & on-chip compression techniques, strong pattern simulation and failure debugging experience with / without SDF, must have Synopsys DFT tools experience, pattern conversion tools; JTAG / BIST experience is a plus.

Android

• Applications / UI / Middleware Development. Experience in OpenCore/ Stagefright /SurfaceFlinger/ Camera / Audio/ BT / WiFi / DRM/ RIL / 2D / 3D. BSP, Driver and Power Management.

LTE
