Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL) is the flagship of Jaypee Group, a Rs. 10,000 Crore well-diversified infrastructure conglomerate with active presence in Civil Engineering, Power, Cement, Hospitality, Real Estate, Expressways and across the entire spectrum of Education. Jaypee Group is renowned for its dynamic leadership and growth through its committed professional manpower. The Group is involved in the construction of the 165 Km Greater Noida to Agra, 6/8 lane access controlled expressway on BOOT basis. Along the expressway it is developing five integrated townships, each spreading over an area of 500 hectares and involving Real Estate Development of approx. 9.5 million sq. mtr. each. The development of the first location at Noida is in progress which involves residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare and recreational facilities. It is also developing sports city in the National Capital Region over an area of 1000 hectares which includes Motor Racing Track, Cricket Stadium and Real Estate development of approx. 14 million sq. mtr.

The company is looking for young, dynamic and target oriented professionals who can contribute in the above projects, further hone their skills and become professionals in Business Development, Sales/ Marketing, Architecture pertaining to Real Estate, World class sports infrastructure and build a long term relationship with the company for the following positions.

Architecture

A-1 GM/ Addl. GM/ Dy. GM
Bachelor in Architecture, preferably a Masters in Urban Design/Urban Planning with an experience of 22-28 years in design, development and co-ordination of residential townships and world class sports facilities. Experience of full project life cycle in master planning/ design of large scale township projects is mandatory. Exposure in formulating Development Control Regulations/ Guidelines and Social Infrastructure and exposure to overseas projects is desirable.

A-2 Project Architect/ Resident Architect/ Sr. Field Architect/ Field Architect
Bachelor in Architecture and preferably a Masters in Urban Design/Urban Planning with an experience of 5-20 years in designing of residential apartments/ townships/ individual building development and co-ordination of real estate projects including world class sports facilities. Excellent 2D/3D skills on CAD Graphic packages are a must.

A-3 Manager/ Officer (Urban Planning)
Bachelor/ Master in Urban Planning preferably with an MBA and 3-5 years of experience in Urban/ Township Planning and conversant with social infrastructure requirements.

A-4 Architect (Interior Design)
Diploma in Interior Design with an experience of 3-5 years in interiors of club, resorts and offices, etc. Candidate should have exposure to all aspects of interior detailing and design. Experience in co-ordination and execution of sample apartments is desirable.

A-5 Draughtsman (Architecture/ Design)
Diploma/ ITI (Civil) with 2-15 years of experience in computer related design for large scale real estate projects. Hands on experience of using CAD/ Auto Station or relevant software for detailed engineering and construction drawings of high rise structures like residential/ commercial complexes, townships and individual buildings is pre-requisite for the position.

Design

D-1 GM/ Addl GM/ Dy. GM/ PM (Civil)
B.E./ B.Tech./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute with 20-28 years of experience in designing and planning of civil works and utilities for high rise residential/ commercial complexes, sports complexes and township including internal roads. Working experience in computers and proficiency in STADDPRO, any FEM Analysis Package and CAD (Micro Station & Auto CAD) is a must.

Construction

C-1 GM/ DGM/ PM (Civil)
Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institute with 20-28 years of experience in construction of. multi storey residential/ commercial complexes and sports facilities. Should be efficient in Project Management System, preparing and checking project schedule and tender documents of major project structures, allocation and execution of works in given timeframe.

C-2 Addl. GM/ Dy. GM/PM (Electrical & Mechanical)
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 20-26 years of experience in planning, designing, and execution of utilities for township i.e. multi storey buildings such as internal/external electrification work. HT/LT sub stations, knowledge of HVAC works, lifts, smoke & fire detection systems, water and sewage treatment plants, generators/boilers, hot & cold water distribution systems including plumbing etc.

C-3 Sr. PE/ PE/ RE (Electrical & Mechanical)
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 10-16 years hands on experience in Electrical/ Mechanical works on a large size projects involving multi storey residential/ commercial complexes. Should be conversant with internal and external electrification works, HT/LT sub stations, HVAC works, lifts, smoke and fire detection systems, water and sewage treatment plants, generators/ boilers and hot/ cold water distribution system and plumbing.

C-4 PE/ FE/ JE (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical)
Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 2-16 years hands m experience in construction of multi storey residential/commercial complexes. Candidate should be conversant with reading drawings, checking layouts, pile foundations, internal and external electrification, water supply system, plumbing and other related works.

C-5 Quantity Surveyor (QS)/ QS Planning Engineer & Billing
Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10-20 years of experience in the field of billing, analysis of quantities & rates, preparation of escalation bills, deviation orders, quantity surveying. Should have ability to study and analyze construction drawings and skill in technical Cell Management. Computer applications in the relevant field is a must.

C-6 Quality Control Engineer
Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with 8-15 years of experience in Quality Control related to civil construction, mechanical and electrical works of high rise residential/ commercial complexes. Should be conversant with the properties of construction material, technical specifications and procedures of material testing and testing equipment.

C-7 Sr. PE/ PE/ Sr. FE/ FE (Special Electronics)
Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with 4-20 years of experience in electronic services required for high rise residential and commercial complexes including surveillance and monitoring equipment for mechanical and electrical machinery/ lifts/ smart lighting systems and irrigation system. Should have hands on experience in planning and managing predictive, preventive and break down maintenance of these complexes.

Marketing/ Sales/ Customer Relation Management/ Commercial & Legal

M-1 GM/ Dy. GM/ Asstt. GM
An MBA from a reputed institute with 16-28 years of experience having excellent marketing/ sales credentials, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality or Service Industry. Should have flair for customer orientation and good communication skills. Should have acumen for planning and implementation of marketing and functioning of different projects, PR Initiatives, channel events, road shows, exhibitions, sponsorships and alliances/ tie-ups with reputed brands and generation of Brand Index etc.

M-2 Addl. GM/ Asstt. GM (Commercial & Legal)
CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) with 12-26 years of experience in dealing with commercial issues including statutory compliance in real estate industry. The incumbent should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of credit control & collections, dealing with banks for loan/ funding including customer interaction, well versed in handling real estate commercial issues, land laws & Stamp Duty Act.

M-3 Resident Manager/ Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Asstt. Manager
An MBA (Sales/ Marketing) with 4-16 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, service or FMCG industry having experience in direct marketing, events & promotions conceptualization and implementation. Should be able to undertake CRM initiatives. He would be responsible for ATL media planning and execution, BTL Initiatives including direct marketing; website designing, e-marketing initiatives and co-ordination with all internal departments for execution of work.

M-4 Officer
MBA with 2-3 years experience who can convert opportunities into real business. Should be able to build effective communication with customers, achieve sales targets, efficient and effective controls on receivables and excellent consumer satisfaction service skills.

Finance & Accounts

F-1 GM/ Addl GM/ Dy. GM/ Asstt. GM
CA/ ICWA with 16-28 years of experience in Works Accounts, Balance Sheet finalization, Finance, Costing, Budgeting, MIS, and Internal Audit etc. Flair for corporate taxation and experience of dealing with institutions/ banks for structuring loans and working capital would be desirable for this assignment. Working knowledge of computers in an ERP environment would be an essential requirement.

F-2 Assistant Manager/ Officer
CA/ ICWA with 4-10 years of experience in Works Accounts, Sales tax, Central Excise and Income tax return, Costing, Budgeting, MIS, and Internal Audit etc. Working knowledge of computers in an ERP environment would be essential requirement.

Personnel & Administration Fire & Safety

P&A-1 Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Officer (HR)
MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with 4-15 years of experience in any reputed organization having substantial manpower, preferably in construction and real estate projects. Incumbent should be capable of handling training & development, performance appraisal, employee welfare activities, manpower planning/ recruitment, industrial relations, statutory issues, establishment matters etc.

P&A-2 Chief Safety Officer/ Safety Officer
Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI/ CLI, recognized by the Government for appointment as Safety Officer under The Factories Act 1948. Should have 10-15 years of experience in construction of multi storey building complexes and real estate development.

P&A-3 Sr. Fire Officer/ Fire Officer/ Asstt. Fire Officer
Certificate/ Diploma in Fire Safety preferably from National Fire Service College with 5-10 years of experience in handling and supervising fire safety arrangements in multi storey complexes and townships.

Horticulture/Landscaping

H-1 Dy. GM/ Manager/ Asstt. Manager
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Agriculture with 5-15 years experience in the field of Landscaping and Horticulture. Experience in ornamental horticulture is desirable.
