Reservoir Engineer (RE-01)
Qualification: Graduate degree in petroleum Engineering.
Experience: 15-20 years in petroleum engineering and is expected to use routine core analysis data to group/ correlate core data and determine permeability variation and heterogeneity, apply routine core analysis to identify net pay and determine Gas-Oil, Oil-Water contacts from pressure-depth surveys. Apply log results to correlate porous and non-porous lithologic members from logs and cores, interpret a production logging survey, vertical sweep efficiency from core/log data. Assess the productivity effects of relative permeability, imbibition, heterogeneity and gravity/capillary/viscous forces, fluid flow calculations, will apply conventional well test data to determine well performance and reservoir characteristics. Drilling Engineer (DE-01)
Qualification: Graduate degree in petroleum or Engineering.
Experience: 15-25 years in engineering and drilling expertise in key technologies and is well versed in the latest production enhancement tools and applications (ie. Water/ Gas injection, Gas lift, Coil tubing work overs, etc.) and maximizes oil and gas productivity from each well. Monitors and brings problem wells up to production targets. Understands the details involved in taking offshore operations, logistics and distribution from shore base to platform. Has knowledge and experience in new field development projects, start-up exploration projects with more than one rig. Demonstrates multi project management skills - manages several projects simultaneously and provides supervisory direction in coiled tubing jobs, slick line jobs and work-over activities. Petro Physicist (PP-01)
Qualification: Graduate degree in petroleum Engineering, Post Graduate degree in Geology.
Experience: 10-20 years in engineering and extensive knowledge in Petrophysics and competence in a wide range of petrophysical techniques and the integrated application of all petrophysical data types. Should be able to perform comprehensive petrophysical studies to support and improve reservoir characterization, support exploration and development drilling, collaborating closely with subsurface, operations, and drilling including wireline and LWD logs, core (convention and SCAL), and formation tests. The candidate will be responsible for evaluation work that will require integration of information derived from a variety of sources including open and cased hole well logs, mud logs, sidewall cores, full cores, RFT/ MDT pressure test/ fluid samples, mini-fracs, Diagnostic Fracture Injectivity Tests (DFIT), geochem analysis. Additionally, the role may also perform advanced geomechanics evaluation in orderto make predictions related to wellbore stability assessment, formation sanding potential, principal present-day stresses analysis, and mechanical property determination useful in defining barriers to hydraulic fracture growth. Geophycist (GP-01)
Qualification: Graduate degree in petroleum Engineering or postgraduate in Geophysics.
Experience: 6-12 years on Seismic interpretation (horizon and fault mapping, seismic facies mapping, seismic attribute analysis). The candidate must possess interpretation experience with 2D/3D seismic, Quantitative techniques (AVO etc), Strong current geophysical workstation skills, including working in a 3D visualisation environment, exposure to seismic sequence stratigraphy and petroleum systems analysis, Good understanding of sedimentary basin evolution and petroleum systems. He should be adept at Rapid 2D/3D seismic interpretation including the generation of time, depth, velocity and attribute maps, understanding of uncertainty and probabilistic approaches to modeling & horizon interpretations for basin modeling input. Candidates must possess practical experience in seismic inversion, seismic modeling, velocity model construction and will assist in structural reconstruction, reservoir mapping, facies mapping, connectivity, volumetric assessments, integration of seismic, wellbore geophysics, wireline log and pore pressure data. Geologist (GL-01)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Geology/ applied Geology
Experience: 5-15 years in all G&G starting from exploration through appraisal, development & production. Good knowledge and understanding of play concepts, experience with use of workstations in interpretation of G&G data. Study all geoscientific data and prepare relevant maps and identify drillable prospects in association with the geophysicist. Estimate potential hydrocarbon volumes and their probabilities of success. Preparation of prognosis for exploratory and appraisal wells. Monitor the drilling activities and gather G&G data. Well log corelation, construction of geological cross sections and preparation of geological maps utilising well and seismic data. Integration of seismic, electro log, well and biostratigraphic data. Deduce despositional environments and facies destribution. Estimation of In-place Hydrocarbon volumes for discoveries. Building of geological models and provide inputs for reservoir modelling. Procurement & Contracts (P&C-01)
Qualification: Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience: 10 years or more including contract formation and administration. Specific areas of knowledge required are in prime contract formation, prime contract management, contract and subcontract formation, contract and subcontract management, and claims. Should be familiar with pricing, negotiation, contracts law, contract drafting, administration and negotiation of change orders, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling, monitoring performance of contractors, back charge protocols and resolution of claims and disputes. Should possess broad experience in the formation, negotiation and award of all types of contracts, developing complex contract types, fee arrangements, terms and conditions. Should have working knowledge of change management protocols, claims and dispute resoloution. Traffic and logistics of equipment and materials on global projects with knowledge of T&L service provider pricing, services and operations and general requirements for compliance with governmental regulations affecting movement of goods.
