Project Co-ordinator: (M)
DCE / BE Civil with 10-12 years of exp. in handling high-rise buildings. Should be able to co-ordinate with BMC, Architects, Structural Designers, MEP Consultants or any other Contractors related to the project. Target Oriented, should be able to get work done as per schedule.

Asst. Manager - Accounts: (M/F)
B.Com. with 5 years of exp. Real Estate would be an added advantage. Co-ordination with Head Office, Knowledge of computer is must, Contract Accounting, Taxation (VAT, Service Tax, TDS etc), MIS Reporting.

Manager - Marketing: (M/F)
MBA (Mktg.) with 5 years of exp. in real estate. Target oriented, should be able to achieve targets as per assigned schedule.

Officer - Front Desk / Personal Assistant: (F)
Convent Educated, Graduate with exp. of min 3-5 years, handling Front Desk and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

Note: Knowledge of ISO procedure & ERP software would be definitely an added advantage for all above mentioned position. All above position carry remuneration. Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Interested candidate may send resume with photographs within 8 days.
