Civil Engineers (At all levels) (Chennai/ Kochi/ Bangalore/ Coimbatore)
Civil Engineer (Grad./PG) with 2 to 20 yrs exp. In High Rise Commercial/ Residential construction for Site Engineer/ Project Engineer/ Project Manager/ DGM/ GM positions in Project Execution/ Planning & Coordination/ QA & QC/ Quantity Survey/ Contracts/ Electrical and PHE.

Legal Executives (Chennai/ Bangalore)
Advocates - 1 to 10 yrs exp. of working in any law firm or real estate company with good communication skills in English. Knowledge of written and spoken Tamil/ Kannada is a must.

Sales/ Marketing/ CRM (Chennai/ Kochi/ Coimbatore/ Bangalore)
Graduates (MBA Preferred) with 2 to 10 yrs exp. for Executive/ Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager and Manager positions.

Sales: Experience in selling High Rise Residential/ Commercial pace.

Marketing: Responsible for designing marketing plans and execution, supervise and co-ordinate advertising, in charge of events, model apartments and interaction with sales channel on marketing supports.

CRM: Handling customer queries, payment follow up, coordination between customers and technical team, maintenance of customer data.

Infrastructure Division (Bangalore) (G.M./ V.P. - Technical)
Civil Engineer (Grad./ PG) who has hands on exp. (around 20 yrs) in General Management, Corporate Planning, Profit Centre Management and Strategic Business Unit Operations in Engineering/ Construction industry. He will be responsible for Proposals, Estimation, Tendering, Contracts Administration, Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring and Control of multi-location/ single location/ EPC/ Green field projects in - Infrastructure and Heavy Civil, Roads and Highways, Housing and Industrial Buildings.

Manager - Business Development
Civil Engineer (Grad./ PG) with 8 to 10 yrs exp. with a flair for Marketing and Business Development. He should explore new areas of business for contracts, preparing contracting strategy, new sectors development, nurturing private clients and developing new customers. He is responsible for business expansion in core areas of competency by exploring new avenues/ sectors in Project Construction in line with corporate strategy and co-ordination with Corporate Business Development and Tender Cells.

Quantity Surveyors
Dip/ BE Civil with 8 to 10 yrs exp. in Quantity Survey, Preparation of BOQ, Rate Analysis and Pricing, Tendering & Estimation in Infrastructure Projects.
