Salary and other perquisites shall commensurate with qualifications & experience.

ACCOUNTS, TAXATION & FINANCE
(For Head Office):

Addl. G.M./ Dy. Managers - Finance & Accounts:
CA with minimum 8-10 years post qualification experience out of which 3-5 years should preferably be in real estate /infrastructure /large listed Company. Overall responsibility include preparation of monthly financial statements, budget, annual business Plan, reports required by investors, compliances including service tax, co-ordination with various departments, dealing with statutory & internal auditors, funds management, accounting & taxation of the SPVs.

Dy. General Managers - Taxation:
CA/ LLB with minimum 5 years OR B.Com with 10 years experience out of which 3 years in handling Service Tax/ VAT etc. Hands on experience of Service Tax, VAT registration, basement planning, filing of Tax Returns, compliance with statutory provisions and MIS. Preparation for implementation of GST. Interaction with auditors, consultants and department authorities.

Dy. General Managers - Accounts:
CA with 5-7 years experience or M.Com/ CA (Inter) with 8-10 years practical accounting experience out of which 3-5 years should preferably be in real estate / infrastructure large listed company. over all responsibilities include vendor accounting. Imprest cash and bank transfers, scrutiny of accounts and finalization with auditors.

Head - Budgets:
CA/ ICWA with 15-20 years of experience in budgeting, controls and analysis, out of which 3-5 years should preferably be in real estate industry. Responsibilities include preparation and finalization oa Annual/ Quarterly budgets, revision 7 monitoring of budgets, interaction and co-ordination with other departments.

Dy./ Asstt. General Managers - Accounts:
CA (with Diploma in IFRS) with minimum 5-7 years post qualification out of which 3 years should preferably be in real estate/ infrastructure/ large listed company and should have converted at least one company financial into IFRS. Working knowledge of ERP & advanced knowledge in MS-Excels. Understand the requirement of IFRS, conversion of requisite data from Indian GAAP to IFRS and preparation of financial statements, impact analysis etc.

Asst. G.M.s/ Sr. Managers/ Managers - Finance:
CA with 3-5 years OR MBA (Finance) / CA - Inter with 7-10 years experience preferably with real estate/ Infrastructure development company having expert knowledge in MS-Excel. Responsibilities include preparation of project reports, CMA & other bank reports, replying to bank queries, liaison with bank and financial institutions at local branch level.

Sr. Managers - Budgets Planning:
BE (Civil) with 5-7 years hands on experience in MS Projects, working knowledge of MS-Projects/ Primavera (3 years in planning and 3 years at project sites). Mix experience of group housing and city development preferred. also responsible for preparation and revision of construction schedule, floor plans, variance analysis, collection and compilation of information related to budgets and actual.

Managers - Accounts:
B.Com/M.Com/CA (Inter) with 8-10 years experience preferably with real estate / infrastructure development company with knowledge of any ERP package and expert in MS-Excel/Worksheets. Overall responsibility include vendor/ contractors accounting, SPV's reporting, pay-roll and general accounts, leader scrutiny and tax related issues.

Dy. Managers/ Managers - Indirect Taxes: (one each for Service Tax & VAT):
CA with minimum 2 years practical experience having exposure in Indirect Taxes/ VAT/ Service Tax OR CA (Inter) / B.Com (H) with 7-8 years experience out of which 3-5 years in handling Indirect Taxes/ Service Tax/ VAT etc. Responsibilities include preparation & filling of periodical returns under VAT/ Service Tax, collection and maintenance of information from other departments for assessments and audits.

Dy./ Asstt. Managers - Accounts (SPV):
CA with minimum 2 years experience or B.Com /CA (Inter) with 5-7 years accounting experience with expert in MS-Excel / Worksheets. Overall Responsibility include vendor accounting, preparation of daily fund flow chart, cost & revenue sheets, balance sheets. Should have working knowledge of Income Tax, Service Tax & Work Contract Tax.

Asstt. Managers / Sr. Officers - Taxes:
Inter with 5 years experience in accounting / Taxes Or B.Com with 5-7 years experience out of which 3 years exposure in handling Indirect Taxes/ Service Tax/ VAT Etc. having expert knowledge of MS Excel. Responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of records for taxation, accounting entries, reconciliation (accounts with tax returns), preparation for tax assessment audit etc.

Accounts Officers:
ICWA/ M.Com/ MBA - Finance/ CA- Inter with 3-5 years experience in finance department of large companies and experts in MS-Excel. Responsibilities include reconciliation of bank accounts, correspondence with banks and inter-departments.

Sr. Accountants / Accountants:
B.Com/ M.Com with 5 years experience with working knowledge of ERP packages and expert in MS Excel/ Worksheets. Overall responsibility include Pay-roll, Provident Fund, ESI etc. Should have working knowledge of TDS- Salary and filling of periodicall returns.

LEGAL AND SECRETARIAL
(For Head Office):

Asstt./ Dy. General Managers - Secretarial Co-Ordination:
Qualified Company Secretaries (CS) & LLB having 10-15 years of experience in secretarial and legal matters of large companies. Candidate shall be responsible to co-ordinate between finance/ accounts and secretarial departments to take care of the inter-related support and also ensuring statutory compliances, preparation of notices, agenda, company law compliances including records and registers, maintenance of minutes, filling of returns etc.

Advocates/ Legal Officers:
Gradate/ Bachelor of Law with minimum 7-10 years experience of which five years should be in civil side and the rest in miscellaneous subjects including criminal cases. Candidates should be conversant with documentation, preferably related to real estate shall be preferred.

Secretarial Executives:
Candidates should be qualified CS /ICWA having through knowledge in Fixed Deposit Schemes with a minimum experience of 10 years to handle customers/ investors, statutory compliances related to FDs with through knowledge in Finance & Accounts

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
(For Head Office):

Technical Support Engineers:
Graduate with Diploma in Hardware & Networking having experience of 2-4 years attending to regular complaints of desktops/ printers/ Software related issues at Head/ Corporate Offices, support to end users across the Organization and miscellaneous tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Executives:
BCA - Fully conversant in MS-Application / Internet/ Web Technologies, Web Editing Tools etc., with 2-3 years experience in website management, Blackberry support, maintaining login & Email ID users, handling bulk mails/ SMS, regular back-up of customized applications, managing domain names, hosting plans & their renewals and miscellaneous tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

LIAISON
(for Head Office):

Dy. General Manager:
B.E./ B.Arch having 10-15 years experience in dealing with Government, Semi-Govt., Development Authorities, Undertakings / Corporates for building plans and other sanctions, empanelments, co-ordination etc.

Dy. Manager:
Graduates with Post Graduation in Journalism/ MBA having 7 years experience in dealing with Government, Semi-Gvot., Development Authorities Undertakings / Corporates for Building Plans and other sanctions, empanelments, co-ordiantion.

Officer:
Post Graduation in PR & Mass Communication having 5 years experience in dealing with Government Departments for clearance of various approvals/ sanctions

STRATEGIC PLANNING:
(For Head Office):

Managers (Technical):
M.Sc./ M.Tech./ B.Sc./ B.Tech. with Environmental Science Candidates should be environmental professionals with experience of 5-7 years in management, monitoring, compliances etc. of real estate projects and Projects Environmental Impact Analysis & Environmental Management Planning procedures. Besides these, they should have good understanding of Integrated Management Systems Certification (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 1800A) also. Should be responsible for preparation of detailed presentation on EIA & to detailed presentation on EIA & to present before SEACs/ SEIAA and other concerned authorities including obtaining CGWA, NOC/ CtE/ CtO approvals.

Asstt. Managers/ Executives (Technical):
M.Sc./ M.Tech./ B.Sc./ B.Tech. with Environmental Science. Candidates should be with experience of 3-5 years in Environmental management, monitoring, compliances etc. of Real Estate Projects, Environmental Impact Analysis & Environmental Management Planning Procedures including preparation of REIA reports & maintenance relevant record of Forms 1, 1A, NOC/ CtE/Ct0.

GENERAL
(For Head/ Corp. Office):

Steno-Secretaries:
Graduates with 10-15 years experience well versed in taking dictation in English and its typing. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in legal and engineering background.
