Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are must. He/She should be a motivated achiever in 30's.

• Creating an efficient and innovative sales process to maximize efforts and produce timely results
• Developing effective sales channels via institutional sales, channel partner development, direct marketing and e-marketing.
• Will be responsible for handling sales activities for the upcoming/ existing premium commercial/ residential projects.
