Engineering Centre Manager (Min. 12 years exp.) (Code: M-1)
Extensive experience in the construction industry (Buildings and/or Infrastructure) with a strong MEP & Structural engineering background. Experience of working on international projects (including Infrastructure design). Strong delivery/ project management skills and experience in handling multi-disciplinary projects. Knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and BIM concepts is preferable. Should be familiar with codes and modern design & construction methods and willing to travel.

Project Manager (Min. 10+ years exp.) (Code: M-2)
Graduate/ Post-graduate in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering. Should have prior experience in any of the following industries: Food processing/ Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Refinery. The candidate should be hands-on with software tools like MS Office, MS Project, Primavera & Should have working knowledge of Document Control Systems.

Manager - Process (Min. +12 years exp.) (Code: M-3)
Graduate/ Post-graduate in Chemical Engineering. Should have experience in basic & detailed engineering of process packages, off-sites & Utilities. The project experience shall include Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharma, Food Plants, etc. the candidate should have experience of leading a team of process engineers.

Manager - Piping (Min. 12 years exp.) (Code: M-4)
Graduate/ Post-graduate in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering, Experience in layout, leading a team of Engineers, Detailers & Modelers, exposure to 3D modeling software and Knowledge of International codes & standards & statutory regulations in India.

Manager - Civil/ Structural (Min. 15 years exp.) (Code: M-5)
Graduate/ Post-graduate with experience in Design & analysis of Industrial structures including Stool & RCC buildings, Machine foundations, equipment supporting structures: should be familiar with IS, BS & American codes. Should be able to lead and develop a team of Engineers & Detailers. Knowledge of STAAD Pro essential.

Sr. Designer (Min. 8 years exp.)/ Designer (Min. 5 years exp.) Civil/ Structural (Code: D-1)
Diploma in Civil / ITI Certification with Experience of Drafting/ Detailing and preparation of Structural GA/ Deal drawings for RCC and steel structures for commercial & residential buildings & bar bending schedules using CADS-RC, RebarCAD.

Designer - Revit (Min. 3 years exp.) (Code: D-2)
Diploma in Architecture/ Civil Engineer/ ITI Certification from a reputed institute. Should have hands-on experience on Revit-Architecture/ Revit-Structure and AutoCAD.

Designer - Precast (Min. 3 years exp.) (Code: D-3)
Graduate/ Diploma in Civil Engineering/ITI Certification with extensive experience in detailing of precast elements. Experience of Tekla Precast & similar detailing software will be an added advantage.

Designer - Electrical (Min. 3 years exp.) (Code: D-4)
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Experience on Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use & High rise buildings. Should have experience of electrical layouts, SLD, etc including coordination of services. Knowledge of 3D modeling will be an added advantage.

Designer - Plumbing (Min. 3 years exp.) (Code: D-5)
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/ Civil with Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience on Residential, Commercial, Mixed use & High rise building. Should have experience in detailing & labouts of plumbing/ FF system. Knowledge of 3D modeling will be an added advantage.

Sr. Architect (Min. 8 years exp.)/ Architect (Min. 5 years exp.) Design/ Revit (Code - A-1)
B.Arch/M.Arch, registered with COA. Hands-on with AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, BIM concepts & Revit Architecture. Experience in designing and detailing of high-rise: residential & commercial buildings and Industrial plants.

Sr. Engineer (Min. 8 years exp.) / Engineer (min. 4 years exp.) - Electrical/ Structural (Code - E-1)
Graduate/ Post-graduate Diploma with experience in Structural Analysis and design, HT/LT, ELV system of high-rise: residential & commercial, mixed-use and Industrial structures (ETABS, SAFE, STAADPro). Well-conversant with IS & BS codes. Knowledge of ACI/ UBC/ Euro codes is preferable. Knowledge of DIALux/ Relux software is mandatory.

Sr. Engineer (Min. 8 years exp.) / Engineer (Team Lead) - Steel Fabrication (Min. 5 years exp.) (Code: E-2)
Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineer with hands-on experience with tools such as SDS/2 and Tekla X-Steel & conversant with NISD, AISC, ASD, LRFD, & BS codes. Must be able to design & detail steel connections.

Mechanical Engineer - Rotary Equipments/ Packages/ HVAC (Min. 8+ years exp.) (Code: E-3)
Graduate/ Post-graduate for preparing technical specifications & detasheets for packaged & rotary equipments. E.g. pumps. compressors, Boiler, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Conveyors, etc. Should be able to carry out heat load calculations, sizing of HVAC systems, making specification for HVAC equipments, etc.

Sr. Plumbing Engineer (Min. 8 years exp.) / Plumbing Engineer (Min. 4 years exp.) (Code: E-4)
Graduate/ Diploma Mechanical/ Civil Engineer with experience on Residential & Commercial, Mixed-use & High rise buildings. Should have experience in water demand, R/W harvesting, coil and was to system sizing. Knowledge of IS, BS, CIBSE, NFPA standards and codes.

Sr. Project Engineer (Min. 8 years exp.) / Project Engineer (Min 4 years exp.) (Code: P-1)
Graduate/ Post-graduate with prior experience of engineering coordination in a reputed consultancy firm engaged in design of residential/ commercial buildings and Industrial structures. Should be able to coordinate project activities with the client as well as in-house teams. Should have experience in MS Project or Primavera.

Pre-requisites for the above positions:

• Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
• Knowledge of 3D tools would be preferred
• Exposure to working in a multi disciplinary environment
