IBM Daksh is currently looking for the following Specialists-Voice and Non-Voice for Gurgaon & Noida:

Customer Care Executive-Voice: Graduate with BPO & Non-BPO experience. Freshers can also apply.

Semi-Technical Support-Voice: Graduate with 0-12 months of experience in Semi-Tech Process can apply.

Technical Support-Voice: For its Tech COE, Graduate in any discipline, upto 35 years of age. Individual should be good at troubleshooting. Engineers from Civil, Mechanical stream can apply.

Customer Care Support-Voice, for its India Business Unit: To serve High-profile Indian Customers. Graduates and Undergraduates both may apply. Openings in Noida are primarily for Day shifts.

Executive Advertisement Approver (Non-Voice): The candidate must be a Graduate with excellent English communication and written skills, should have a flair for reading English books. The candidates who have prior experience in writing short stories and articles will be given preference.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in computers with a strong customer service orientation. You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts. Interested candidates should walk-in with their resume (mentioning the position 'applied for' on top of the resume), a recent passport size photograph along with the original educational/ professional certificates and a valid photo ID proof.
