4G Product Development, Standardization, Testing, Validation, Solution/ Business Architects, Planning, Engineering and Dimensioning (RF, Core, Transport and Backhaul using Optical fiber and Microwave, IP Networks, OSS/BSS, National Operations Centre, Value Added Services), Network Optimization, and O & M.

Expert-level skills mandatory in one or more of the following domains for development roles:

1. Programming in C/C++
2. Java, J2EE, JAIN SLEEE, SDP, SOA, JSP, Scripts, AJAX
3. PL/SQL, MSQL, Oracle and Database Technologies
4. Hardware Development on high frequency Analog transceiver, Synthesizer, and High Power Amplifier, High speed Digital boards consisting of a cluster of DSPs, control processors and high end FPGA
5. Development of Medium Access Control (MAC) and Radio Link Control (RLC), and
6. Embedded Design for Linux board support packages.
