Country Head/ Regional Head (Business): Responsible for strategizing, organizing & delivering results by effective management. Extensive experience in the field of marketing, handling large teams & managing large volume of sales is mandatory.

Franchising Head: Accountable for due diligence in new franchising deals to meet organization's targets for exponential expansion. Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in franchising are mandatory.

Country Head/ Zonal Head (Operations): Responsible for perfect co-ordination between corporate office and branches for areas like HR, Business, Academics and Administration. Visionaries with 360 managerial skills for optimal performance and exponential growth of country/zone are mandatory.

HR Head-Recruitment: Responsible for timely and seamless recruitment of competent staff. Person should possess foresightedness to visualize the needs in advance. Excellent interpersonal, coordination & Networking skills are essential.

HR-Head-Generalist: Responsible for strategic initiatives to build a robust HR system of organizational training & development, employee relations, performance monitoring and appraisals, and documentation of policies & procedures.

IT Head: Accountable for management of organization's technological infrastructure i.e. development, maintenance & upgradation of Networks, Software, Hardware, Website & MIS.

Customer Relationship Head (Female): Accountable for overall satisfaction of parents beyond expectations with focus on building long-term relationships, Excellent PR skills are mandatory.

Curriculum Development Head: Responsible for the development of a world class curriculum for Presidium and Mothers' Pride. Person should be passionate & enabled to develop unconventional & innovative methods of imparting education to future leaders.

Curriculum Implementation Head: Accountable for the successful implementation of the curriculum. Excellent team management skills and the ability to maintain quality standards.

Expenditure Control Head: Responsible for devising & implementing budgetary control mechanisms. Ability to analyze and report contingencies in expenditure control.

Purchase Head: Accountable for the quality of purchase & procurement along with budgetary compliance. Experience in purchase and vendor management is mandatory.

Estate Manager: Maintenance, refurbishment & upgradation of large scale infrastructure spread across wide geographical areas in order to create a continuum of world class educational environment.

Transport Head (Male): Overall management of Transport including its Manpower, Safety, Financials, Compliance & Logistics. Excellent PR skills to handle over 1000 transporters.

Manager - Helper Staff: Responsible for absolute compliance in matters related to appointments, performance and management of over 1000 Class IV employees.

Relevant experience between 5-10 years for each profile is mandatory. Candidates above 50 years of age need not apply.
