Estimation Manager
BE (Civil) with 5-18 years experience in estimation / tendering / pre-post contract, acumen for commercial issues, with the ability to interact / negotiate with contractors / sub-contractors. He/ She would have to prepare early state budgets, detailed cost plans and perform risk and value management and cost control. The incumbent would have to analyses results / output and prepare detailed progress reports and must also be well versed with regulations of local authorities like FIDIC, POMI and CESMM3. Sound knowledge of MS Office applications is required.

Planning Engineers (Civil & Electromechanical)
Engineering graduates with 6-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The incumbent should have experience in planning, work scheduling & co-ordination of engineering design. He / She would be involved in co-ordination, project management, monitoring progress of all project activities and preparation of revised schedules according to progress achieved. The incumbent would also have to prepare manpower / PME histograms, cash flow charts and S-curves, resource leveling, balancing and measure progress. Applicants must be fully conversant with and have expertise in PRIMAVERA (P3/P3e).

MEP Engineers - HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing
BE (Civil) with 8-12 years experience of working in high-rise building projects. He / she will be responsible for the entire operations on - site, including follow-up on all the activities as well as ensuring adherence to internal quality parameters. He / she would have to monitor activities, assign tasks to the site staff ad sub-contractors to execute the work as per shop drawings, specifications and engineering standards. He / She would have to synchronise with the engineering department for the final approval of shop drawings. Preparation of construction schedule, weekly progress report, material status, shop drawings status, cost matrix, RFI, etc. would be the responsibility of the incumbent.

Vice President / Sr. Vice President - Projects
BE (Civil) with a Project Management Certification. A minimum of 20 years of experience in the redevelopment / green field projects arena. Should exhibit leadership skills with a through understanding of the gamut of construction activities. Will be responsible for planning, execution and overall management of the site locations.

DGM / GM - Projects
BE (Civil) or PG in construction equivalent. A minimum of 15 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. Will be responsible for overlooking site management and effective co-ordination with various stakeholders involved.

EA to COO
MBA (Operations) or PG equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. Should be well versed with preparing RA bills and floating tenders. Will be responsible for liaisoning with contractors and overlooking the regulatory affairs pertaining to the real estate industry.

Tendering Engineer
BE (Civil) or PG in civil equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in floating tenders and inviting quotations. Will be responsible for preparation of work order and comparative statements.

Billing Engineer / Sr. Billing Engineer
BE (Civil) or PG in civil equivalent. A minimum of 4 years of experience in handling contractors' bills. Should exhibit high levels of honesty and transparency. Will be responsible for certifying and sanctioning contractor's bills.

Site Engineer / Sr. Site Engineer
BE (Civil) or PG in civil equivalent. A minimum of 4 years of experience in site execution. Will be responsible for co-ordination with various vendors and contractors and ensuring effective execution as per the plans.

DGM / GM - Risk Mitigation
An IIM graduate with an in-depth understanding of financial modeling and risk assessment. A candidate possessing a CS qualification would be preferred. a minimum of 10 years of experience in handling and mitigating risk. Will be responsible for risk assessment and mitigation. Candidates with an experience in the real estate/ construction industry would be preferred.

Vice President - Legal
LLM degree holder with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Real estate experience is mandatory. Will be responsible for litigation and conveyancing. Candidates with experience in handling IPR will be preferred.

Assistant Manager - Legal
LLB degree holder. A minimum of 5 years of experience. Real estate experience is mandatory. Litigation experience will be preferred. Will be responsible for documentation, deed of sale and verification of titles.

Sr. Manager - Information Technology
BE (IT) or equivalent degree holder. A minimum of 10 years of experience in setting up and managing IT infrastructure. Should be hands on in operations and a keen learner. Will be responsible for setting up the IT infrastructure.

IT Executive
A diploma holder in Hardware Networking. A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintaining uptime and downtime of IT infrastructure. Will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and will be constantly in touch with vendors for IT related procurement.
