Leader Agro Formulations - (Code: T-01) The incumbent should be innovative, Self starter, Strong team player and must be familiar with latest technologies in the development of agro formulation, have sound knowledge of Registration related activities and Should be able to develop formulations without IPR infringement any patents. Preference will be given to candidates having sound knowledge in development of Granules.

Qualifications: M.Sc/ Ph.D. in any branch of Chemistry having 10 to 15 years experience in development of Crop protection formulations.

Manager Organic Synthesis - (Code: T-02) The incumbent Should be innovative, Self starter, Strong team player and must be familiar with various types of chemistries, interpretation of spectra's and should be able to develop Process without infringing any patents. Candidate should have experience and knowledge of continual improvements of the processes by way of optimizing the time cycles, improving the yields and the quality of the products. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of Ethylene bis-dithiocarbarmate type of chemistries.

Qualifications: M.Sc./ Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry having 10 to 15 years experience in development of crop protection Molecules / Organic molecules / API.

Plastic Technologist - (Code: T-03) The incumbent Should be innovative and self starter, should have experience in polymer synthesis for development of performance chemicals, additionally should have good knowledge in the processing of plastics and processing machineries for plastic. Knowledge on the additives for PVC could be advantage.

Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Polymer or plastic technology having 2 to 4 years of industrial experience in processing.

Surfactant Technologist - (Code: T-04) The incumbent should be innovative, Self starter, and must be familiar with latest trends in Surface technology. Should be able to develop surfactants for crop protection / specialty chemicals. Should possess the skill and the knowledge of identifying the surfactants present in the formulations (reverse engineering) and should be in a position to develop the formulation equivalent to the benchmark formulation. The position demands generating new business through innovative products development in the fields of Agrochemicals and Speciality chemicals.

Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Chemistry having 10 to 15 years experience in development of surfactants.

Leader Intermediates Business - (Code: T-05) The incumbent Should be innovative, having a good knowledge of the chemistry and analytical for agrochemicals Intermediates. Should have experience in synthesis and development technology for organic molecules / intermediates with good understanding of analytical techniques. Must possess good communication skills and must be business oriented.

This is a Business Leader position for Intermediates, and the candidate has to deal with external parties in India and China to understand the technology of the organic molecules/ intermediates, and lead a team of scientists, process engineers analytical chemists to quickly commercialize the technology.

Qualifications: M.Tech / PhD. In organic chemistry / Chemical engineering / Chemical Technology with 10-15 years of experience in synthesis & development of technology for API / Agrochemicals / Intermediates
