Vice President / CTO - Head of R & D
We are looking for a highly motivated professionals with upto 15 years relevant experience in Smart/ SIM card research and software development. The candidate should be result-oriented, with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills, be articulate and creative, experienced in all aspects of project and product life-cycle management with a proactive and positive attitude for collaborative team work. He should have background experience of research, software development, technical and administrative management. His readiness to work and deliver under pressure within pre-defined timelines will be a key attribute.

The candidate will initiate and own the process of defining the product development road map for the company and be able to lead the technical team in the development of new products. He will also be responsible for the technical pre sales. Ability to travel extensively and need to work closely with the clients is a pre-requisite.

Sales & Marketing
MBA/ Engineering Graduates/ Graduates with exceptional sales skills with 5-15 years relevant experience need to apply. They should be task and target oriented and willing to travel at short notice.

Production Engineers
Graduate Engineers/ Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 2-5 years experience in Smart Card or Electronics Manufacturing industry need to apply. Hands-on experience in pre and post press activities in Smart card industry and exposure to Visa/Master Card security environment is desirable.

Maintenance Engineers
Graduate Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 5-10 years experience in the electronics industry, preferably in Smart Card Manufacturing, SMD or other relevant automated machines need to apply.

Technical Support for Customer Interface
Graduate Engineers preferably in Electronics Engineering/ MCA with 2-10 years experience in sales and service in electronics/ smart card industry need to apply.

Customer Support Executives
Graduates/ MBAs with 2-5 years experience in customer support in IT/ FMCG industry need to apply. Good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.

Development and Application Engineers
Software Engineers with proficiency in C, C++, VB and Java environment with 2-8 years experience need to apply.

Human Resources
MBA or MSW with 4-10 years relevant experience in medium to large scale industry need to apply.

Finance & Accounts, Foreign Exchange and Treasury Management
CA/ ICWA/ ACS/ CFA/ MBA (Finance) with 4-15 years relevant experience in medium to large scale industry need to apply.
