Director: Event Management
Events Director plan, co-ordinate and publicize a wide range of promotional, educational, corporate, sporting and social events, Director: E M should preferably specialize in events - both corporate and social and in exhibitions, conferences, product launches, fundraising events & cultural festivals and work as part of an in-house team of DSI. The main responsibilities include creating budget and venue proposals, booking venues, entertainment, hiring equipment, selecting and managing caters, designers and sub-contractors, managing finances and monitoring the effectiveness of an event.

Educational Qualification & Experience: A good academic achievement & experience in a related industry for atlast 10 to 12 years is essential. Applicant should be typically graduates in events management, business administration; marketing, leisure and tourism management or should possess a Diploma in Event Management (*DEM). Preference will be given to Post-graduate Diploma in Event Management *PG DEM) / PG Diploma in Advertising & Media Event (PG DAMC) preferably from National Institute of Event Management or equivalent Schools in India. Relevant work experience in an administrative or organizational role is highly valued by us. Voluntary work at an event is useful and can help build a network of contacts. Experience of organizing events and activities in his personal or social life is also valuable.

Head: Music School
The Head of the Music school should be a talented and accomplished music teacher and trainer. Having an understanding of music theory as well as instrument and signing very well. Exposure to Classical, Western, Sugama and Karaoke singing will be the ideal combination to head the Music School. He/She should possess a strong desire to train young music aspirants of the institution on sound lines, which will lead students to award of certificate courses in music.

Educational Qualification & Experience: You should posses a format music certification and have a good knowledge of all types of music and its background, have musical skills in playing an instrument and singing, be patent and enthusiastic, have good communication skills to encourage pupils to appreciate music and develop creative skills, be self - motivated and well-organized and enjoy music as a hobby. Good knowledge of musical instruments and accompaniments and its training will be an added advantage.

Senior Theatre Manager
Theatre Manager has the responsibility for all the artistic work produced within a theatre and for the management of all parts of the organization, is a carer that demands both commercial and creative skills. Theatre manager will also be responsible for leading marketing and publicity activities, ensuring that a theatre works successfully on commercial lines. He will report to Director: Event Management.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
Theatre Manager's job is both creative and managerial in content. He should necessarily be a vibrant, a Post-Graduate with additional qualification in events management, preferably. Candidates with relevant experience in handling high-tech theatres in big metropolitan cities and wishing to re-locate to Bangalore may also apply.
