We currently have the following positions available in our Gurgaon office:

Manager Mechanical Engineering (Fired Heaters): A Mechanical Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in design of fired heaters, preferably reformers and ethylene heaters. Candidates should have worked as manager or group leader. As Manager Mechanical Engineering, his/her responsibilities will include providing design support to overseas offices within the budgeted manhours, benchmarking efficiency and attaining overall quality and cost effectiveness, and maintaining uniform working methods in all offices. Candidate should have knowledge of execution of projects including requisition, evaluation and technical support to others.

Mechanical Engineers (Fired Heater): Mechanical Engineers with at least 8 years of relevant experience in design of fired heaters, preferably reformers and ethylene heaters. Candidates should be conversant with applicable codes and practices and should have designed pressure parts, refractory, configuration of heater layout, reviewed/ checked drawings and prepared requisition thereof including technical evaluation.

Manager Thermal Engineering: A Chemical or Mechanical Engineer with at least 15 years of relevant experience in thermal design of shell and tube heat exchanger. He/She should have hands-on experience in HTRI/HTFS software to design exchangers for refinery/ petrochemical applications. Candidates should have worked as manager or group leader. The successful candidate would be given extensive training for designing Helical baffled exchangers, high pressure Breechlock heat exchangers etc.

Construction Engineer: Mechanical Engineer with at least 8 years of relevant experience of fabrication and/or construction of fired heaters, preferably reformers and ethylene heaters. Candidates should have good knowledge of fabrication/ construction planning, coordination and communication with various offices and agencies, as well as ability to interpret drawings. Selected Candidate should be prepared to work at workshops/ sites in India and abroad on short / long term assignments.

Designers (Fired Heater): Candidate should be ITI / Diploma holders and having at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in designing and detailed engineering of Fired Heaters, preferably reformers and ethylene heaters.

Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are critical to all positions.
