Pharma / Power Business
GM / AGM / Manager (Legal) - 4 Positions

The candidates should be law and / or LLM from National Law School specializing in law and / or LLM from National Law School specializing in commercial laws) with at last 12 years (for GM) / 8 years (for AGM) / 4 years (for Manager) post qualification experience preferably in power, petrochemicals or infrastructure sector (for power business) and Pharma business). The job profile for power business mainly includes drafting, editing and interpreting commercial agreements pertaining to EPC, power ale/ purchase, fuel purchase, distribution franchise and the like, handling issues relating to electricity laws and regulations and legal compliance management. For Pharma business, it mainly includes drafting, editing, interpreting various commercial agreements pertaining to domestic & international operations, coordinating issues relating to drug laws, labour laws, legal compliance management and IPR matters (specifically TMs.)

Manager (Indirect Taxation) - 2 Positions
The candidates should be CAs or ICWAs with at least 4 years of post qualification experience. the job profile needs in depth understanding of laws and rules relating to VAT, Sales Tax, Service Tax Excise & Customers, Monitoring and analyzing changes in applicable laws and their implications on the business, coordinating with various locations to ensure compliances with all indirect tax laws and preparing SOP's for implementation. Exposure to EXIM and SEZ related laws is desirable. Person with experience in the related industry will be preferred.

Power Business
AGM / Manager (Regulatory) - 2 position

The candidate should be law graduates (preferably with 5 yrs full time course in law and / or LLM from National Law School specializing in commercial laws) or CA/ ICWA with in-depth knowledge of and at least 8 years (for AGM) / 4 years (For Manager) post qualification hands on experience in regulatory framework related to generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, the job profile mainly includes handling all regulatory issues including analysis of modifications made / proposed in laws relating to electricity and legal compliance management.
