• Professor: First Class Master's Degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field with minimum 15 years of experience in teaching.
• Associate Professor: First class Master's Degree and Ph.D. in the relevant field with minimum 10 years of experience in teaching.
• Assistant Professor: First class Master's Degree in the respective discipline and NET/ SLET/ Ph.D. Candidates having experience will be preferred.
• Librarian: Master's degree in Library Science / Information Science (Ph.D. Preferred) having sufficient experience in large libraries.

Remuneration: MITS offers UGC Scales (revised on the basis of 6th CPC) with DA (35%), HRA (10%) / accommodation on the campus and benefit of CPF @ 12% Salary no constraint for deserving candidates.
