The following vacancies required for EPC E&M and EPC Building Division, Noida:

Business Development Manager: (NOIDA)
Applicant should be a Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer with 12-14 years techno commercial experience in estimation and sales of large integrated MEP Projects covering all electro mechanical utilities in projects like hotels, hospital, airports, Residential & Commercial complexes, IT Parks & Malts as well as industrial installations. He should be able to interact independently with consultants, customers and should possess excellent commercial acumen, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience and knowledge in project/ conceptualization from the design brief stage to post award implementation of the contract will be essential.

Sales and Estimation Engineer: (NOIDA)
Graduate mechanical/ electrical engineers with 4-5 years of techno commercial experience in estimation/ tendering/ pre-post contract and sales of large MEP projects. He should be able to interact independently with Vendors, consultants and clients. Exposure to working on large scale HVAC, Fire Fighting and plumbing packages will be essential.

Procurement Manager: (NOIDA)
Applicant should be a Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer with 12-14 years experience in MEP procurements including Pre tender vendor approvals, tender invitations, preparation of comparatives, negotiations and finalization of vendor's. He will be conversant in contract preparation, award of contracts and post award implementation of the purchase/ work orders including closing out of contracts. The candidate should have expertise in project cost estimation, rate analysis including project cost analysis, monitoring variations and ERP operations.

Manager - Technical: (NOIDA)
Applicant should be graduate Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) having hands on experience in MIS Operations including budget preparations, budget review and monitoring its implementation. Technical auditing of clients/ vendors bills, collection, collation and review of daily progress reports from various sites. He should possess knowledge of project planning, monitoring and execution with good analytical skills.

Civil Engineer:
Applicant should be B.E/ B.Tech in civil Engineering with 5-10 yrs Experience in construction of building, airports, stadiums, Residential and commercial complexes, IT Park, Multiplexes, Malls and Industrial Projects & must be willing to relocate all over India.

Billing Engineer:
Applicant should be B.E/ B.Tech in civil Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechanical with 5-10 yrs Experience in billing, budget, DPR, should have exposure of computers with knowledge of ERP software working. Location Mumbai/ Banaras/ Anywhere in India.
