Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited (DTTIPL)* invites applications for one of its esteemed clients Lakshmi Energy and Foods Limited (LEAF), situated in the heartland of Punjab. LEAF is one of the largest Food Grain Processing companies in India. With aggressive plans of expansion both nationally and internationally, it is today positioned in two of the fastest growing sectors of Food and Energy. The company is setting up a Sales and Marketing division to cater to the sale of packaged Basmati Rice in several variants to suit the local taste of various states in India and international markets. To support its plans LEAF is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals preferably with exposure of working on SAP in retail operations setup, who will be posted in India or the company's offices at Asian / European or US locations.

1. President (Sales and Marketing)
   The candidate would primarily be responsible for:
   • Setting up a sales and marketing division for the organization in India
   • Identifying new business strategies followed by its execution for the growth of company
   • Preparation and operationalisation of long & short term business plan for revenue generation across the domestic and international markets
   • Identifying and developing newer markets and ensuring market penetration, increasing market share and correcting brand positioning
   • Managing and mentoring a team of Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Professionals

   Essential: Experience of at least 15 years of which a minimum of 10 years should be in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG Industry.

   Desirable: At least 5 years experience in Direct Sales.

   Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing / Sales from a premier Institute in India / Abroad.

   Location: Delhi / Chandigarh.

2. Vice President / Assistant Vice Presidents (Sales and Marketing)
   The candidates would be required to take up the above responsibilities along with the President to whom they will be reporting. Their approach should be to look after their area of operation with result orientation.

   Essential: Experience of at least 10 years of which a minimum of 7 years should be in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG industry.

   Desirable: At least 5 yars experience in Direct Sales.

   Qualification: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management/ Marketing / Sales from a premier Institute in India.

   Location: Delhi / Chandigarh / Mumbai / Kolkata / Hyderabad / Jaipur / Ahmedabad / Foreign Location.

3. Officers / Executives (Sales and Marketing)
   Candidates in these grades would be positioned in metro and urban centers of the country as per the requirements of the company. Candidates with sales and marketing experience would be considered for these positions as per their suitability for ach grade.

   Essential: Experience between 3 to 10 years in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG industry.

   Desirable: At least 3 years experience in Direct Sales.

   Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management / Marketing / Sales from a primer Institute in India.

   Location: Metro and urban centres.

4. Vice President / Officers / Executive (Quality Control)
   Candidates with relevant background of quality control and checking in food industry would be considered for above positions depending on the suitability.

   Essential: Experience between 3 to 10 years in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG industry.

   Desirable: At least 3 years experience in Quality Control and Quality Processes.

   Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Quality Control.

   Location: Factory premises near Chandigarh.

5. Vice President / Officers / Executives (Packaging)
   Candidates with relevant background of packaging of food products / similar type of packaging would be considered for the above positions depending on the suitability.

   Essential: Experience between 3 to 10 years in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG industry.

   Desirable: At least 3 years experience in Packaging Technology.

   Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Packaging Technology.

   Location: Factory premises near Chandigarh.

6. Vice President / Officers / Executives (Storage / Warehousing / Logistics)
   Candidates with Storage / Warehousing & Logistics background in food products / similar type of industry would be considered for the above positions depending on the suitability

   Essential: Experience between 3 to 10 years in the Agro Manufacturing / Food Processing / Consumer Retail / FMCG industry.

   Desirable: At least 3 years experience in Material Handling and Storage of the same.

   Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in material handling and storage.

   Location: Factory premises near Chandigarh.

7. Vice President / Account Officers / Executives (Finance and Accounts)
   Accounts personnel with CA/ equivalent degree with at least 10 years experience in Retail / FMCG / similar companies would be considered for the post of Vice President while accounts personnel with at least 7 years experience would be considered for the posts of Account Officers. Candidates with 3 to 7 years experience in the said industry would be considered for the posts of Account Executives.

   Essential: Knowledge and experience of SAP for at least 3 years with good knowledge of computers / internet.

   Location: Chandigarh / factory premises / any other office of the company.

8. Vice President / Executives (SAP-ERP)
   Candidate should have implemented any of the following modules FICO, PP, MM, SD. ABAP in a retail industry or for a retail chain. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of ERP and technology integration. He/she would be responsible for the direction., planning and management of all activities undertaken by the SAP support group.

   Essential: Experience of at least 10 years of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in implementing the SAP Moulds in the Retail industry. (At least 3 years experience in case of an Executive)

   Desirable: At least 3-5 years in SAP implementation and support role.

   Qualification: B.E. Or B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, any other related certification in SAP.

   Location: Chandigarh.

9. Vice President (Public Relations)
   Candidates who can research and recommend marketing initiatives and programes that align with corporate strategy and support pipeline. And revenue goals for the sales organization. Should be able to identify and propose external agencies / strategic partners for marketing initiatives. Effectively implement all marketing communication activities and initiatives in various regions.

   Essential: Experience between 5 to 10 years.

   Desirable: At least 3 years experience in Marcom / Advertising or Public Relations.

   Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Public Relations / Advertising.

   Location: Delhi / Chandigarh.
