Works Managers
The Incumbents should be Chemical Engineer with around 15 years of experience in continuous/batch process chemical plants. They should have knowledge and experience in Production Processes, Process trouble shooting, Handling of Hazardous and Inflammable materials, Quality Maintenance, QMS, EHS, legal compliances under various statutes and Implementation of strategies for achieving production targets. They have to handle multi product mix, which are supplied to multinational companies globally. They should be mature and performance oriented individual who is expected to motivate and lead a large workforce. The incumbents will be Factory Manager as per the Factories Act. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage. They should be computer savvy. Positions are based at various plant locations Vadodara, Ekalbara, Bhiwandi, and Silvassa.

Head-Process Engineering & Projects
The incumbent should be Chemical Engineer with around 15 years of experience in batch process chemical industry. He will be responsible for establishing processes starting from laboratory scale to pilot scale to plant scale up, process improvements, designing of equipment, preparation of equipment specifications, P & I diagram, mass and energy balance, coordination with engineering consultants for detailed engineering, equipment & vendor selection, etc. He should have experience in implementation of minimum 2 large projects from grass root the possess knowledge on best project practices & monitoring. He should be computer savvy.

Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager / Executive - R & D
The incumbents should be Ph.D. / Master degree in Science (Chemistry) with about 10/7/3 years of experience of R & D and Pilot Plant of organic, Inorganic, metal Industry and shall have capability to analyze interpret scientific and technical journals patents. Exposure in the use of modern analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, AAS, ICP, GC-MS, XRF, CHNS analyzer, Autotitrator is must, experience in scale up process form R & D to Pilot plant, developing new products, improving existing products will be key result area of wok.
