Head - Facilities & Administration (Posting: Mumbai/ Pune)
The candidate should possess exemplary leadership/ strategic skills, demonstrated execution capabilities and comprehensive across the board knowledge relating to facilities management and administration from conceptualizing to implementation. The incumbent should have knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks and governance requirements. 15-20 years experience in a similar industry and Post Graduation in management is preferred.

Center Head-Facilities & Administration (Posting: Leading Metropolitan Cities)
The candidate would be responsible to lead facilities & administration locally for our centers based in leading metropolitan cities in India. This positions reports to the Head-Facilities & Administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning & execution of Infrastructure Projects, Facilities Management, Security, Transport & Administration and providing business critical support services. The candidate should be adept at Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery Management. 12-15 years experience in a similar industry and Post Graduation in management is preferred.

Head - Procurement (Posting: Mumbai)
This position would report to the CFO and the candidate would lead the procurement function and develop & implement the sourcing strategy aligned to organization goals. The candidate will deliver on targeted benefits/ financial savings; define, promote & manage key supplier relations and ensure compliance while achieving high quality sourcing objectives to support the business. 12-15 years experience in a similar industry with a Post Graduation in Management is preferred.

Head - Legal & Compliance (Posting: Mumbai)
The candidate would lead the Legal & Compliance function. The candidate should have proven experience in corporate law, total contract management, litigation management, due diligence & compliance with legal & procedural statutory requirements for effective corporate governance, IPR and employee law. Thorough working knowledge of US SEC listing, disclosure, reporting & filing requirements is mandatory. 12-15 years experience in a similar industry with a degree in law is required.

CIO (Posting: Mumbai/ Pune)
The candidate would be responsible to provide vision & leadership for developing & implementing the organization's strategic IT roadmap and architecture supporting information flow across the business. The candidate should have proven experience in managing large scale business transformation; implementing IT infrastructure & processes ensuring service delivery, cost optimization & efficiency; improving productivity by process automation; managing stakeholder relationships including provider relationships; and managing Information Security, IT related risks, BCP & DRM. 15-20 years experience in a similar industry with a degree in IT is required.
