1. Project Managers: Degree in Electrical Engg having 10 yrs and above exp. in the similar field and should be capable of organizing & implementing, EPC contracts of EHV Transmission Lines and Sub-stations.

2. Manager (Projects): Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engg. having 8 yrs and above exp. in the desired areas and should be capable of leading a team to supervise execution of EPC contracts of EHV Transmission Lines & Sub-stations.

3. Site Supervisor: Diploma/ ITI in Electrical Engg. having 5 yrs and above exp. in site supervision of survey, excavation, concreting, Tower erection, stringing & testing works of EHV Transmission Lines and Sub-stations.

4. Surveyors: ITI Survey Trade with 3 yrs and above exp. in the related field & working knowledge with complete digital stations and should have experience in all items of Detailed & Check Survey

5. Manager (Tendering): Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engg. having 5 yrs and above exp in relevant field and should have exp. in Estimation, Documentation, Tendering of EHV Transmission Lines & Sub-stations.
