Process / Sr. Process Associate / Financial Analyst - Finance & Accounts (Job No. 371943)
Qualifications: BCom./MBA graduates. ICWAI/CA interns can also apply.

Industry Background: 0-7 yrs. exp. in F&A Process with min. 2 yrs. exp. in a BPO / KPO / Call Centre (AP / AR / GL towers).

Criteria:

• Good communication skills & knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Process preferred
• Exp. in General Accounts, Transaction Processing, Banking, Insurance / Customer Interface roles required
• Exp. In Dispute Resolutions and Query Management will be an added advantage
• Excellent Production Monitoring / Problem Solving skills
• Good Team player and ability to manage small teams.

Process / Sr. Process Associate - Collections (Job No. 371943)
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline

Industry Background: Call centres / BPO / KPO / Financial Services (Banking, Insurance etc.) Industry

Criteria:

• 0-4 years in voice based process, preferably into B2B and B2C Collections
• Excellent Communication / Negotiation skills
• Good understanding of AR Cycle, from billing to collections; Dispute resolutions and Query Management
• Call Center exp. is a must and exp. in handling international clients is highly desirable
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
