National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) a premier research centre under the aegis of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites application from candidates for the following post at NCBS, Bangalore.

Qualification: BE/ B.TECH/MCA or equivalent with I class.

Experience:
Essential: 1 (One) - 2 (Two) years experience in Unix/ Linux systems and network administration. Familiarity with PC and network hardware and internet uplinks. Installation and upgradation of Open Source and commercial packages on servers and workstations. Experience in security, academic computing and computer Labs.

Desirable: Experience in web backends, database administration and user support. Large cluster installation management.

Scale of Pay: PB - 3: 15600-39100/- Grade Pay: 5400/- (TME: Rs. 50,454/-).

Age limit: 33 years (Including Relaxation for SC)
