YL eServices is a KPO offering Financial Research & Analysis services & Analysis services. We are looking for the following pillars to build a robust team that believes in the mission of YL eServices.

Head - HR
Desired Profile: MBA-HR, preferably from XLRI, with 8+ year's experience in HR, ideally in handling a leadership role in HR. A Strong, decisive and results-oriented leader, with strong financial acumen. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills essential.

KRAs: Responsible for the entire human resource operations at YL eServices. Plan, develop and implement strategies for HR management and development (Including staffing, learning and retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talented planning and increasing employee satisfaction and engagement). Develop internal applications/systems.

Reports to Chief Operating Officer, or as directed.

Compliance Officer
Desired Profile: Graduate in Law (preferably with CA/MBA-Finance). With 4 to 5 years' experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably with a financial research firm or brokerage/investment firm, or as a legal officer in a law firm/in-house legal department. Should have prior experience in IPR, confidentiality and stock exchange-related compliance monitoring.

KRAs: Established and implement an effective compliance programm for carrying out investment research for our clients in North America and Europe. Prevent illegal/unethical conduct or non-conformance to company policies. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and administration all aspects of the company's compliance management program. Conduct training for new hires on compliance and customer service. Advise the management and employees on emerging compliance issues and provide guidance in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.

Reports to Sr. Manager-Legal and Compliance, or as directed.

Research Analyst - Financial Research & Analysis (FRA)
Desired Profile: CA/MBA - Finance, CFA Charter holder, with 2 to 4 year's experience in a KPO/Rating Agency/Big4 audit firm/I Bank as an Analyst or Associate, with exposure to investment research. Experience in credit/equity research, writing research reports, and building financial and valuation models in sectors like teleco, banking, insurance, retail, and technology preferred. Must be an expert in MS-Excel and databases like Bloomberg, Thomson Financials, etc. Proficiency in Japanese or any European language is an added advantage.

KRAs: Deliver high quality qualitative and quantitative research reports for clients. Responsible for writing effective and concise research reports, due diligence reviews, and forecasting. Responsible for the output of the assigned team.

Asst. Manager - Corporate Finance/M&A Research
Desired Profile: CA/MBA in Finance, with 3-4 years' experience in an investment bank, working as a Financial Analyst or Corporate Finance/M&A Specialist, with strong exposure to PE or advisory services. Should have strong experience in Bloomberg/Thomson Financials/Merger Market, with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including corporate valuations, peer grouping, multipliers, financial modeling, and preparation of pitch books. Strong communication and presentation skills essential. Candidates working in Research & Analysis firms with 4-5 years' experience in the above described skills may also apply. KRA: Responsible for training, developing and leading teams of Analysts, SPOC for meeting the assigned internal quality standard sand client's service goals.

Sr. Trainer-Investment Research
Desired Profile: CA/CA -Inter /MBA -Finance, with 2+ years' experience in training investment research and analysis concepts, preferably in a KPO/I Bank. Knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS standards essential. Must be an expert In MS-Excel and in subjects such as financial modeling, valuation, corporate finance, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven coaching and mentoring experience essential. Candidates teaching/training Investment Research in Universities/ Colleges may also apply.

KRAs: Serve as the functional trainer for YL eServices. Plan, design and deliver training courses and refreshers for our range of Finance-related service offerings, through classroom or e-learning, training. Assist HR with recruitments.

Reports to Head - HR, Training, and Facilities, or as directed.

Sr. Manager (Head of) Financial Accounting
Desired Profile: CA or International CPA. 5+ years of solid experience in leading outsourced accounting functions comprising AP/AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, Tax Accounting. Experience in US/Canadian Tax Return Processing is MUST. In addition experience of working on SAP/Oracle will be an advantage. A self-starter, capable of dealing with change and ambiguity, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving ability.

KRAs: Setup of outsourced Financial Accounting (FA) services. The incumbent would be responsible for the set-up of a strong control environment and processes towards building a world-class outsourced FA function. Document and implement SOP, FA operations policy, ISO 27001, SOX Compliance and overseeing of procedures. Responsible for meeting the client (s) service levels, objectives, and the quality scores. Responsible for process migration and process improvement. Instill a high-performance and ownership-driven culture that supports the loyalty and retention of employees. Manager KRA's of team members, delegate responsibilities and formulate capacity plans and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Reports to Chief Operating Officer, or as directed.
