Head-Training - (Mumbai HO)
- Postgraduate/ Doctorate in Psychology will be preferred
- 12-15 years experience in deigning and delivering soft skills training
- Knowledge of NLP is a must
- Lead and develop team of tarries nationally
- Ability to design customized programme and monitor quality of training delivery & build learning & envelopment processes meeting clients requirements
- Ensure timely, cost-effective training solutions appropriate to a workforce
- Ensure application of best practice methodology to evaluate outcomes Play a lead role in establishing formal training plans in line with business goals and priorities, to support Sales Team
- International exp. would be an advantage.
CTC 15 to 20 lakhs with perks.
Head - Marketing (Mumbai HO)
- MBA or Postgraduate in Mass Communication from a premier institute
- Minimum 10 years experience in Brand Communication
- Effectively managed external agencies for advertising, PR, Digital etc.
- Experience in managing national level account
- Experience in education sector will be an added advantage.
CTC-15-18 lakhs with perks
General Manager/ Regional Manager - (Business Development) (Mumbai HO)
- MBA from a premier institute
- Around 10 years' experience with minimum 2 years as SBU head
- Experience in handling entire branch operations
- Proficient in preparing performance reports, analysis and action plans
- Ability to achieve target and handle the team
- Effective in day-to-day management
- Experience in corporate sales & large account management
CTC-As per industry standards with high incentive earning.
Trainer - (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Graduate in Psychology is preferred with 3-4 years experience in soft skills training
- Fluency in English and clear voice are essential
- Knowledge in NLP will be an added advantage.
CTC-6 to 10 Lakhs with perks
Executives/ Counsellors - (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Postgraduate/ Graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to achieve targets
- Good Communication skills
- People with lesser experience will be considered for junior positions.
