Head HR
Desired Profile: MBA-HR/equivalent degree with specialization in HR. 10+ years' experience in HR, ideally in handling a leadership role in HR. a strong, decisive, and results-oriented leader; with strong financial acumen. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills essential.
KRAs: Responsible for the entire human resource operations at YL eServices. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for HR management and development (including staffing and learning strategies, retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning and increasing employee satisfaction and engagement). Interact with international clients, as and when required.
Reports to Chief Operating Officer, or as directed.
Sr. Manager (Head of) Financial Accounting
Desired Profile: Chartered Accountant or International CPA. 10-12 years' experience in accounting/ audit/ finance functions; 4-5 years' in a financial service BPO, handling AP/AR, General Ledger Accounting or Tax Return Processing.
KRAs: Setup and spearhead standardised Financial Accounting (FA) operational processes. Build a world-class FA delivery capability and team within the company. Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the client operations in order to achieve a fine balance between process effectiveness (correct resolution, TAT, quality, and customer satisfaction and process efficiency (attendance, attrition, and service levels). Develop internal applications/ systems to track and report daily KPIs to the Leadership team.
Reports to Chief Operating Officer.
Asst. Manager - Compliance
Desired Profile: Graduate in Law (pref. With CA /MBA-Finance), with 4-5 years' experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably with a financial research firm or brokerage/ investment firm, or as a legal officer in a law firm/in-hose legal department. Should have prior experience in IPR, confidentiality and stock exchange-related compliance monitoring.
KRAs: Establish and implement an effective compliance program to prevent illegal/unethical conduct, or non-conformance to company policies. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of the company's compliance management program. Conduct training for new hires on compliance and customer service. Advise the management and employees on emerging compliance issues and provide guidance in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.
Reports to Sr. Manager - Legal and Compliance.
Sr. Trainer - Investment Research
Desired Profile: CA/CAN-Inter/MBA-Finance, with 2+ years' experience in training investment research and analysis concepts, pref. In a KPO/I Bank. Knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS standards essential. Must be an expert in MS-Excel, and in subjects such as financial modeling. Valuation, corporate finance, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven coaching and mentoring experience essential.
KRAs: Serve as the functional trainer for YL eServices. Plan, design, and deliver training courses and refreshers for our range of Finance-related service offerings, through courses and refreshers for our range of Finance-related service offerings, through classroom or e-learning training. Assist HR with recruitments.
Reports to Head HR.
Research Analyst - Financial Research & Analysis (FRA)
Desired Profile: CA/MBA-Finance, CFA Charter holder, with 2-4 years' experience in a KPO/Rating Agency/Big4 audit firm/I Bank as an analyst or associate, with exposure to investment research. Experience in credit/equity research, writing research reports, building financial and valuation models in sectors like telecom, banking, insurance, retail and technology preferred. Must be an expert in MS-Excel and databases like Bloomberg, Thomson Financials etc. Proficiency in Japanese or any European language is an added advantage.
KRAs: Deliver client communication to understand specific client requirements. Deliver qualitative and quantitative research reports, including industry reports, initiation of coverage reports, due diligence reviews, quarterly earning updates, etc., for clients. Conduct quality checks on reports. Lead multiple projects. Supervise and develop a team of Associates. Mentor new hires and junior team members to encourage good research skills and work ethic.
Reports to Sr. Analyst or AVP - Financial Research and Analysis.
Sr. Software Engineer
Desired Profile: MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc/ BE/ B.Tech/ PGDCA/ Diploma, with 2-4 years experience. Should have a good working knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, AJAX and CSS, and domain knowledge and experience in ERP, Document Management System, Internet applications and know-how of SDLC methods. Knowledge of web services, SSRS/Crystal Report, Vb.Net., VSS, TOAD, etc., would be an advantage. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write stored procedures and script writing for the aspx pages.
KRAs: Design, program, modify, develop, test, and implement software programming and web applications. Write code, and complete programming and testing of systems and applications. Manage and direct a team of Software professionals. Responsible for adhering to assigned project schedules in development, documentation, and delivery.
Reports to Project Manager - Apps.
Sr. Network Engineer
Desired Profile: BE/ B.Sc (Computers), with CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE certification. 6-7 years' relevant experience in IT operations, with experience in Cisco platform essential, preferably with WAN infrastructure-setup in banking, financial services or telecom. Must be proficient in routing, switching, and various network protocols. Experience of working in an ISO-27001 environment and certifications like ITIL will be beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.
KRAs: Maintain the maximum uptime of the network and meet SLAs. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco L2 and L3 switches, routers, firewalls and ASA and IDS/IPS. Responsible for new project implementations/technology migrations. Maintain the overall security of the network to the highest possible level and update patches to keep the systems up-to-date. Implement security policy (in accordance with ISO 27001) that encompasses network infrastructure security, data security, patch and update management, back-up management, etc. Manager and direct a team of Network Engineers. Be the SPOC or vendors and support partners. Interact with international clients, if and when required.
Reports to Senior Manager - IT, or as directed.
Associate Editor - Financial Research & Analysis
Desired Profile: Post Graduate in Mass Comm. And Journalism (or equivalent degree), with 1-4 years' experience in editing and formatting financial research reports. Should have exceptional editing and writing skills. Must have knowledge of financial matters.
KRAs: Keep abreast of developments in the financial domain, as well as current events and global affairs. Mange day-to-day editing without supervision. Responsible for finalizing research reports. Lend writing support for brochures/leaflets/training manuals. Format/prepare graphs, tables and charts pertaining to research reports. Train/mentor research associates and analysts.
Reports to Editor.
Quality Systems Auditor (QSA)
Desired Profile: Graduate in any discipline, and a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer. Must have 2-4 years' experience in executing at least three complete quality system audits as per the ISO 27001 quality system standards, with a good understanding of statistical and data analysis techniques.
KRAs: Responsible for implementing and auditing the company's quality system as per the ISO 27001standards. Document and report non-conformance (s) and make recommendations to the management. Guide the business leaders in the preparation of policies, processes, procedures and guidelines.
Reports to Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance.
